Brandon was very helpful from day 1 of my accident. He went above and beyond to help me and explained everything in details. He took my car in his garage on friday evening when most of the businesses told me NO. His works speaks for him. Exteremely professional, kind, honest and trustworthy. He quoted me the best price possible and did everything to bring it down as I was paying out of pocket. There's not many people you can trust in such matters but I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. All the advice he gave me was genuine! really appreciate it!! I had zero idea about car stuff. My car looks brand new, safe to drive and all thanks to him and his people! He stands besides his work and most of the stuff is under waranty. I am extremely satisfied with the service and turnaround time. :)

Even told my son he could pay the money in installments since he is only 18 and his accident on his car came out of his pockets. It was couple of thousands $$. He went by himself since I was busy. My review starts with a freak incident that my vehicle was involved in, which required some minor cosmetic repairs. After the first two shops I called were unable to schedule me in (with one shop suggesting I do the work myself, which is pretty odd, not naming names here), Sea Street Collision were more than happy to accommodate me. John was terrific from start to finish. In summary, he was able to get the ball rolling as fast as anyone would for this repair, provided detailed updates on the vehicle's status and managed to save some money for us in the process, which I have never said about a shop before. Plus, my vehicle looks a lot newer than when I first purchased it after they were done.

I brought my daughters SUV here after a tree limb fell on it. They handled all the insurance paperwork and phone calls. They did a fantastic job on the body work I needed done, and exactly in the time they as promised; which was twice as fast for half the cost of the place recommended to me by the dealer. My new vehicle, less than 1 year old, was left with extensive body damage after a retaining wall fell and hit every panel on the passenger side (not to mention hubcaps, wheels, and hood). I thought I was in for a hassle, but at Sea Side Collision, all I had to do was drop off the keys. Brendon had my vehicle fixed 10 days earlier than projected, waxed, buffed, and shining. In addition, the inside completely detailed, looking legit better than the day I purchased it. This is customer-for-life level of service, and will be telling my friends, too!
