Hassan's was recommended to me by Crown Auto Parts in Canton. They do Jeep parts. My 98 Cherokee with a little over 400K on it had started acting strangely. The lift gate open light on the dash was randomly lighting up because the latch wasn't catching completely. I was afraid of killing my battery. Another mechanic had thought the latch needed to be replaced, which is why I went to Crown. They didn't have the part and suggested Hassan's because he has parts Jeeps. I took it to Hassan's Friday afternoon and was told to come at 8:00 the next morning. I showed up on time. Within an hour and 40 bucks later, my lift gate latches correctly after they adjusted it. I couldn't be happier with them.

Had service work done on a couple of occasions by Don and then with his brother same repair two different prices and still did not get it right. Had frame restoration work done and he mangled my frame so bad the jeep needed to be bought some where else to be straightened. He has no certified mechanics and he is a liar and a thief! I hope he challenges me I save all my receipts.

After Quirk recommended $1,665 worth of repairs, I was skeptical so took my car to Hassan for a second look. They put it up on the lift immediately and took a thorough look around the car. They confirmed my suspicion that the car is in great shape and the repairs Quirk tried to sell me on weren’t necessary, and sent me on my way no charge. Really honest, kind, top-notch guys. Will definitely be back here when I do actually need repairs.

Don is the best. We recently moved to the area and were nervous about finding a good shop, but that was quickly eased when we found the guys at Hassan. Today I'd planned to walk to work (just around the corner) after dropping my car off for an oil change appointment, but Don insisted they give me a ride. When I came to pick my car up (which he made arrangements for after-hours to accommodate my work schedule), I was surprised to find they'd given me a complimentary full detail, just because (telling from the state of my car which was in utter disarray from a baby, toddler, and dog!). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We drove my daughter’s car across the country (Oregon to Boston). As soon as we arrived, the Buick Encore threw a code for the catalytic converter. I contacted Hassan, as I had already flown back home, and they had her bring it in right away. They took a look, gave her a cleaner to try at NO COST, and told her to come back if the light didn’t go off. Fast forward three months, and she suddenly had to refill the coolant every three days. Hassan got the Buick in on Veterans Day and identified the issue within an hour — it needed a new radiator. He gave us a VERY REASONABLE PRICE and we gave the go-ahead. Not only did they replace the radiator, but they also fixed her thermostat because it wasn’t blowing properly! To send a young adult across the country and KNOW that if they have any car trouble there’s a mechanic who won’t take advantage of them is absolutely priceless. Hassan and his team have given us peace of mind, and we are so grateful for the honest, reliable service they’ve provided. Highly, highly recommend!
