Their work was incomplete on 2 items and resulted in new repairs to be done. Standard situation...car got side swiped while parked on the street. Rear bumper, rear quarter panel, side mirror repair. I get my car back and the side mirror power wasn't hooked up, a new noise from the rear quarter panel at highway speeds, and they never replaced the rear bumper. The rear bumper lacked visible damage but sags if there's any pressure. I noticed when tying something onto my roof. Also previous autobody shops include a free clean and detail. They wiped the dust off my dashboard at best.

They took over a week then expected. At first they blamed insurance, but when I called insurance they had not but in a claim yet. I called back and blamed the insurance again. When I confronted them on this, they admitted that they had not done the paper work but their experience insurance is the hold up. Went to pick up my vehicle and they missed scratches, they said it would be one more day. It turned out to be more 2 more days. Employees don't care.

A long time ago, I would have given them four stars for their speedy and reliable service. Nowadays, for damage on the passenger rear tail lights, they took almost a month and a half to fix it. I'm not sure if it's an "insurance" job for them, but they seem to milk it for what's it's worth. Completely unacceptable, I will no longer be going back to get anymore work done with them.

I bought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Quirk. Last week I was in an accident and called to schedule an appointment to have the damage fixed. I was told that Quirk will not work on Jeeps older than 2016. This is really poor business practice since I purchased my Jeep from Quirk. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Quirk.

These people are disgusting human beings (mainly the men at the office)! The only one nice there, is the woman who handled my claim. They took over a month and a half to repair my bumper and when I finally went to go pick up my car, they were so unprofessional. I walked into the office, the guys were talking & didn't even acknowledge me at all. What a way to treat a 9 month pregnant woman waiting for your customer service a**holes!!! To make matters worse, after they repaired my car, they took items out of my trunk, threw them all over the front seat, and for some strange reason, they took my toddler's stroller out my trunk & never put it back. Why would you not put the stroller back in the trunk where you found it? My husband went to go pick it up for me & they had the audacity to lie on me & tell my husband that they don't know why I would leave my stroller with them & they clearly had an attitude about it. You bigots took it out of my trunk so don't lie on me!!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please don't waste your time.

After reading other reviews I agree it took some time to fix my car. However some of this was due to the insurance companies lack of timely approval. The work that they did was top-notch and only used genuine parts. They acted as an advocate for me with my insurance company to make sure that my vehicle that had less than 5000 miles on it was repaired to the highest standards. The gentlemen in the front of the office may not always be sunshine and smiling but they know the business of auto body repair. They took time to discuss with me my concerns to check on things with the car that I suggested may be an issue and were willing to talk to me in a very professional way to describe exactly what needed to be done. This was not a minor repair to my car like a bumper but a $7,000 repair including many pieces and electronic systems of the car. I certainly would take my car back there again if it is needed.

I had a great experience at Quirk Auto Body, I got rear ended in New Hampshire on Friday in my 2018 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. Setup an appointment at Quirk Auto Body on Monday. Dropped my car off and dealt with Mike P. Great guy and very knowledgeable. I anticipated the vehicle would be there for a couple weeks due to the nature of the accident. I got a call on Thursday afternoon that my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. I arrived to pick up the car, Mike was very helpful and showed me the repairs as well as a quick tour of the facility. My car was cleaner than when it was dropped off an repairs were top notch. Couldn't be happier! Thank you Quirk!

This dealership located, 45 Field Street in Quincy Massachusetts is one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They wouldn’t even look at the truck and telling me they cannot do work on the truck . The truck was recently in an accident. I got a quote from my insurance company and I was going with a claim in hand. The only thing I needed was just a plastic front bumper and a side panel painted and then mounted on the truck in mind you 0EM Parts provided by them. There was no major altercations to the vehicle And make it worse. It was the manager telling me this he said “we’re not the shop for you” then hung up the phone on me. That was extremely rude. I would never do business with this dealership.

Very unprofessional and rude. They lied to me saying that I was getting two new doors and that they were back ordered. Then I go to find out they out used recycled doors on my vehicle. My car was found with brand new parts that were damaged by the body shop and not replaced. They refused to look at my car and told me to come back another day when they have time. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy said he’ll call me when the manager comes in. The manager was sitting behind his employee listening to the conversation. Very poor workmanship and very poor customer service. They do not know how to treat their customers and it’s unprofessional to see a manager allow his employees speak to customers they way they did.

My 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee was hit on the side and needed about $7k worth of repairs. From the moment I brought the car in to the day I picked it up, Marty was my point of contact. He was extremely professional and warm in that old-school manner that I wasn’t expecting from a bigger shop. He took care of everything with the insurance company and the car was ready exactly when he said it would be. He offered me a bottle of water, coffee, a chair, and to help me with the carseat— I was by myself. The car looked good as new. My bf’s family owns a highly reputable body shop in another state and I was nervous about taking the car somewhere else (needed the work done in MA). He was impressed when he saw the repair work. Thank you- I hope I don’t have to come back but would absolutely trust them again!

The Most rude and unprofessional interaction I ever had. One person over the phone said said bring the car we will take a look. Didn't give an appointment. When I reached another fellow was talking extremely rude and said we don't accept walk-in and also progressive insurance. I had to drive an hour. This information could have passed on during the phone conversation. I have been a QuirkSubaru customer since 2014, bought multiple cars. This experience was nasty.

Very helpful from initial call to 2 months later when I picked up my vehicle! Was rear ended on 93 with substantial damage, many shops in area could not accommodate. Bruce was always very professional and helpful in keeping me updated with progress and communicating time frame involved. Body work on my 2022 Kia came out looking like day drive out of showroom and interior detailing of entire vehicle was definitely noticed and appreciated!!!

They team over at Quirk Autobody are top tier. When my brand new car got hit in a parking lot I was gutted. I was so worried it wouldn’t be the same. Not only was the manager Mike professional he educated me about the process and kept me updated throughout the repair. The work was finished way sooner than I expected and when I looked at my car it looked exactly the way it did on the showroom floor.
