Don't frequentally leave reviews for places but for these guys I have to. Super helpful business that goes above for customer service. As a woman who doesn't know cars well sometimes you wonder if a place is overcharging you. You don't need to worry about that here. Never did I feel they that they were taking advantage, in fact they even went over different options for repairs they could do depending on budget. Even when calling to ask if certain repairs are what they do they were happy to talk and refer to other places as well. Choose here, you won't regret it!

Lou's in Quincy was fantastic! Professional, easy to talk to. Needed back brakes done asap. They got me in the day after I called. There was also no problem with them using the rotors that we already purchased. Done in a couple of hours and very reasonable price point! I also appreciated the detailed invoice that outlined the checks they completed with recommendations as needed. My husband has gone to the Westport location in the past and he had a positive experience there as well!!

I was recommended a few times by Braintree Auto Works to come here for my exhaust repair or replacement. Lou's staff is kind and skilled at what they do. They finish the repair in a timely manner, and their prices are fair. They also helped inspect other parts of the car, and give recommendations on which parts should be maintained. These details are included in the receipt and I thought it was nice.

Not going back here again waste of money was told they are going to switch out o2 sensors keyword being sensors and to find out they only changed 1 and still had a check engine light come on when driving back home....and then when I call back they said we told you about the spacer on it was going to make the light comeback on....no you did not say a single word about anything you just wanted $370 for changing out the sensor when I bought the car in I told you about the spacer why would you not take it off if you are installing a new sensor 🤦 let me guess you wanted me to go back and spend more money

I feel I was taking advantage of because I am a woman. I wasted over $500 on work being done on my car last week and you guys knew what the real issue was! I left there with the same problem! They knew the problem was my engine but still proceeded to do work that wasn’t needed. I now have no car due to them not being honest with me knowing I don’t know about cars! I am so disappointed in myself that I trusted you guys. I know I won’t any of that money back so with that being said I will never recommend anyone to Lou’s Exhaust. People work hard for their money & we don’t deserve to get ripped off. I went to the Quincy Ma Location!

I had my car in for an NHOU undercoating and was very pleased with the service and friendliness of all the staff at Lou's. The online booking process was incredibly easy, the staff were all knowledgeable and pleasant, and the price beat out a lot of other shops I spoke with. The price I paid was actually less than what one of the staff estimated because they said that they used less material than expected for my undercoating-- I thought this showed a lot of transparency and honesty when they could easily have stuck with the original number.
