Awesome awesome awesome mechanics.... incredibly honest hard-working family business. My dad has used this shop for a 100 years, raves about them so I started going and I'm so impressed across the board. I drive a Volvo and foreign cars are a nightmare in cost to fix even just a headlight but these guys I trust with my car and they do an excellent job and I'm stunned at how reasonable and fair they are. Had I brought my car anywhere else I would have paid double simply bc it's a Volvo and mechanics can and do screw you if you have a foreign car but not at Donovan Brothers!! They're the best. I can't say anything negative about my service I receive at Donovan's. They are always straight up on what needs to be done, what the issues are, and the prices for being in Quincy is hands down reasonable! Donovan's will help with any issues I have, and will help direct me in the direction I need to go to if they can not help me. They are willing to help if they are able to and will assist in guiding you to others who are reasonable with pricing if they are unable to help you.

I brought in my car serveral times for repair. Each time there is issue after the repair. The last repair was my engine light was on after a month it came back on. I was charged $1500. Do yourself a favorite. STAY AWAY

Finding a mechanic you can trust to do the right thing, save you money and give you solid advice seems like finding a unicorn or something, but these guys are the real deal. There's a reason their customer loyalty is through the roof. They know all kinds of cars, they maintenance and small repairs as well as big jobs and are always great about saving you a few bucks anywhere they can. If they can do it, they know the best guys who can. Simply the best.

I’ve brought my car to Donovan Brothers a couple times now and haven’t been disappointed. They are kind and honest with you, and will tell you if you actually need services done to your car. I had gotten my oil changed at another vendor and they told me I needed to replace my brake pads and rotors. I thought this was strange because I had changed them two years ago (and don’t drive too often), but they were adamant that it needed to be replaced. I wanted to think on this and brought it to Donovan Brothers for a second opinion. Peter told me that the brakes were fine and it should probably be replaced in the spring. I’m thankful for his honesty and not spending money on something I didn’t need done. I’m going to use Donovan Brothers for all my car servicing needs from now on and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a car mechanic.

Dave and Mo went out of their way to help me out over the summer after I had been through the ringer with an AC issue. They knew I had already thrown some money at the problem and were nice enough to give me a bit of a break on the work it took to get them up to speed on the issue. They we're incredibly thorough and gracious throughout the entire process and I walked away with the information I needed to make an informed decision on repairs. Tracking down a reliable mechanic can be a bit of a challenge these days, but I have a high level of confidence in Dave and Mo's work. They're were super knowledgeable, communicative and upfront and I would highly recommend paying them a visit if you're in search of a skilled and reliable mechanic.
