Sam is great and very smart, anytime I bring my car there he always does a really good job and takes care of me and gives me a great price. I only ever bring my car here since it’s hard to trust other people and Sam is the only one I trust and always shows me the work that was done and always puts in good quality parts in my car, would definitely recommend to anybody who needs general service for their car!

STEER CLEAR! Before I get in to what happened, I can say with all honesty, I wouldn’t trust these idiots with fixing a bicycle. My co worker brought his pickup to this place multiple times and after a short period of time after each visit, the truck had the same problem they supposedly fixed. They use cheap parts and either do not install the parts correctly or the parts fail themselves. Many parts they tried to fix the truck with were supposedly new, but after looking at them, they were 100% used. My co worker ended up bringing the truck into them probably 15 times and spent thousands for nothing. The truck still has problems. They still try and fix them but they do not know what they are doing. Aside from the craftsmanship of the mechanic, the place is a dump! It’s visually unappealing and is covered in junk parts and trash. If my vehicle was on its last drop of gas and this was the only gas station nearby, I’d pull over and walk. STEER CLEAR!

Talk to a fella that has his gray Chevy pick up there on almost a weekly basis and what I have understood was that they did the work and the work was Poorly done. Seems like the owner is refusing to take responsibility. If he happens to see this review, feel free to reach out. I’m a lawyer. All I know is when we spoke, he wasn’t very happy. If he does call me to represent him then I’ll take it. Seems like he’s not the only one that has had damage done Edit- I have had multiple meetings with the owner of the truck and the new mechanic that’s doing the Work on the truck now. Multiple pieces are missing, and from my understanding, the coolant system was never correctly taken care of.. As for the high mileage part, even if it’s high mileage and they bring it into you, you should always fix the vehicle to the standard that’s wanted. It should not have taken an amount of weeks with the truck being down 90% of those days. There has been consideration of trying to get money back Edit: spoke to the guy in the gray truck and found out he and multiple others are suing this mechanic shop

Ive had this shop change oil twice for me in the past 10 months. The most recent was about a week ago. I can guarantee they did no change my oil filter last week and I suspect they did not do it the time before then. I tried to go with a local small business and this is the work they provide. I'll not be going back.

I don't understand the bad reviews! I had an issue with my mercedes c300. My brakes were not working properly and one of the mechanics, Sam, was extremely kind and helpful. He fixed my brakes within a day and gave me a reasonable price. Definitely recommend this shop to those in the Boston region.

When I tell you Alex saved my life he saved my life. Not only is her super efficient. He’s won’t bs you. He’s not there to eat up your pocket. I told him what I could afford and he worked with me. I still have more work to do on the car but as a woman dealing with mechanics it’s hard to find one that won’t try to sell you an arm and a leg or try to over charge you. Alex literally just wants to make sure you’re safe enough to drive until you can come in again. This is a guy who truly cares about people and isn’t a scam artist. They are life saver! Tire air pressure alert blink on the panel, tire air pressure was dropping. I pull in and think I can get it resolved by getting one of those tire air machine for quick fix. They immediately notice the issue (flat tire beyond patching) and they were able to help to replace a new tire right at the spot. Really saved me lots of trouble in a reasonable price. I really appreciate their help. Super friendly owner and staff!! Strongly recommend!!!
