Their sign shows car wrapping but they actually do not do it on-site. They outsource it to another garage. Shop inside is very messy and appears disorganized and not clean waiting area.

they do amazing job, as a female that doesn't understand anything about cars they keep it simple, real and the best part is their honest. I’ve taken my car to the dealership and they told me what needed to be fix…. neglected it… until every single light started coming on brought it here and instead of trying to play me they were honest and told me the exact same thing that I already knew and they helped!! thank you to one of the best shops in town.

The shop is very professional. The owner and staff treated me very nice and did a really nice job fixing up my car after an accident. I usually don’t write reviews for anything, but I am very happy with their work. Honest and thorough. While the car was in the shop to be fixed, I would worry about how the car would be repaired: would it look like how it used to, or be slightly off some how? Would the silver paint match perfectly with the rest of the car, since I’ve read it be difficult for a car shop to blend this specific shade of silver perfectly with the existing paint. How would the wheel that got scratched during the accident also be repaired, and look like new again? I’ve never had a car I cared more about, and just wanted the best people working on it. All concerns were addressed perfectly when the car was ready. Great job!

This is so far the best car repair shop I have found in the greater Boston area. I have Jaguar SUV and it's very difficult to find a car shop that is even willing to touch this brand. I found out about this shop on Google and decided to give it a try. Now I can say that I definitely made the right choice. Jay the owner is fantastic to work with and transparent with everything. He identified the problem right away after I brought the car in and his team was able to repair my car super fast in 2 days. He also charged very reasonably, considering this is a luxury brand. At the shop, I also saw several other luxury brands that they work on such as land rover, porsche etc. I think this will be my future go-to shop for any car repair and maintenance.

100/100 I would recommend this shop to anyone . They did so well with my car . The tailgate was completely damaged & the back glass was broken as you can see in the pictures. I have a baby and they did their best so I could get back my car as soon as possible Because I didn’t have car rental insurance. My car looks branded new now thanks to the hero garage. They listen to me all the time when I called . I got back my car in a week tops . They are good people. You can tell they care about their customers. If I could give them 10stars I would. I will be going back to them for anything else with my car in the future. I trust them . Thank you guys so much. You now have a new customer ♥️

Just wanted to share my experiences with this body shop so everyone can make a better decision. I got into an accident in June (got rear ended) and went to this highly recommended body shop in Quincy. Got an estimate to repair the rear for $3000. Then I told them the insurance will cover the damages and they raised their estimate to $6000. I talked to the owner, handed him the keys and asked him to take care of the car. Car was done in around 3 weeks. I picked up the car, didn’t really check the car because I believed in their professionalism and work. After driving it for a day or two I noticed a lot of damage was done to the car. See list below 1) they primed the whole rear windshield (I immediately came back for this, and the front desk asked me if I parked anywhere that did this kind of damage. Yes at this body shop.) 2) buffing scratches very visible around the rear and the side 3) left the rooftop in damage of white particles 4) paint left along the passengers doors 5) paint odor which lasted for over 3 months before they got better I hate to write bad review, but this is my experience with this auto body shop. I think it is very bad work ethics, on pricing and the overall professionalism of the work performed. They never checked the car before handing it back to the customer, please do that and correct the mistakes before all of the mess.
