They respond with exactly what you need, when you really need it. Road Angel was awesome...dependable and I recieved the best honest service. Jimmy saved me $$$ I was so impressed under a stressful situation..I had a flat..lug nuts stripped out...I thought I needed a tow home (over 40 miles) but instead Jimmy sent Tom to check it out and he was able to change my tire!! And save me money. I would recommend Road Angel to Anyone!! God bless them!! It's hard to find good hard working honest people these days. My wife had a flat yesterday and needed some help getting it changed. Telephoned RoadAngel and they were absolutely awesome. They sent out a technician (Tom) who arrived at the exact time they told us he would be there. He did an outstanding job. Last year in August, my car battery was dead and I called road angel for assistance. I told them to buy battery for my car. I had provided all the details regarding car and mechanic got wrong battery for my car. Now after a year my car’s battery dead again and reason is incorrect battery. Also I might need to change the starter too. All thanks to Road angel. Received call from Jimmy and we were able to resolve this issue. I haven’t seen anything like this in customer service till now. Fantastic experience in an incredibly stressful situation. Fast, Responsive, and affordable compared to most others. They needed to do extra work to get it towed given the circumstance I was in, but the additional charge was minimal. They got there much faster than they originally estimated even though it was late at night. The driver was very professional and a quick problem solver. I can’t say that I’ve ever had such a positive experience with a tow company. I certainly recommend.

Please believe all 5 star reviews, they deserve no less! It was 7 in the morning and I am pulling out of my apartments with my husband and kids, boom battery dies! I called a few places and their prices were through the roof, no transparency, and I still would have had to wait 60-90 minutes. I called Road Angel, I think it was Jimmy that was out within 10-15 mins (could have been less) to give us a jump. Turned out we needed an entirely new battery. I asked just for the jump, he was super nice gave us a jump and headed back out. I got back in to my apartments and confirmed we needed a new battery (🤦🏽‍♀️) I’m not sure if they even made it back to their office before I called again! Someone (still think it was Jimmy) was back out in less than an hr with a new battery and they installed it as well! The pricing was more than reasonable, the customer service was great, and my issue was solved in less time than it would have taken someone from anywhere else just to get to me for a jump! I’ve saved the # in a safe place!!! If need be, I would use them again for sure!! Thank you for making my already hectic morning a little better!

Fast, Convenient, and Top Quality Service I had a busted and flat tire as my car hit a curb pretty bad. I managed to drive it back to my garage but was stuck with no way to get to a shop late at night or early morning. I’m glad I found RoadAngel. First time using a mobile tire replacement service and the whole process was easy and quick. They came within 30 mins of our first call and replaced my tire directly in my garage and my car was ready to go again in no time. Highly recommended.

My daughter's car had a bad axle and was parked head in with vehicles on both sides. RoadAngel was the third towing company I contacted. They were the only one that explained how they would get the vehicle out of the parking spot and not create additional damage by using a Dolly on the wheel with the bad axle.
