Very disappointed with the manager at this place. I was hoping they would help me out by redoing my allignment because I got new tires right after I got the alignment done But couldn't bring my car in before the 30 days they give because my husband was using it for work down the hill Monday through Saturday and they're closed on sundays. Won't be going back.

This business is the best. Took my car in today and requested brakes be done (I had heard a little squeal the other day). They checked them out and gave me the % still available -so they were fine. Believe me- if I had taken it to the dealership with the same request...they would have changed them. I don't worry about shoddy work here or being taken advantage of. Good people. Bought 4 new hankook tire and went to repair one and was told I didn’t have Warranty on them when I bought the new tires. They told me road Hazard was covered and it only been three months. I will never go back to them. Had to go up the street to get there tire repaired and for free cuz they wouldn’t grant there warranty

I had my car aligned about a year ago here, it is a lowered vehicle. There was no problem aligning it. I went a couple weeks ago to get it aligned again. I left my car there for about 3 hours for them to call me and say they can't align it because they have a new machine. It was the same machine that worked last time. If you didn't want my money you could've just said so instead of wasting my time. Would definitely NOT recommend Town and Country. Don't waste your time if your car is lowered, they'll just waste your time.

I had a blowout of a trailer tire on the way up the 15, called these guys up to see if they had a replacement (they did). Once I got the spare swapped, stopped in and had both tires replaced (the other one was old too). Job was done lickety split and for a reasonable price. Thanks, T&C.

Great service. Very personalized care. Will never go anywhere else. They will ACTUALLY tell you your breaks are fine you still a safe amount of pad left.... I know this because my daughter went there and she knows nothing about cars. And they could of said anything just to get paid. And they told her it's not time yet. Great pricing. Went there to get alignment checked from another shops work because car was drifting, steering wheel off center, and just not right. They showed me with car up on rack how off the alignment was, fixed it, test drove it , and gave a warranty with it unlike the other shop. Drives great now, just like new. Love the friendly staff unlike the other place l had work done. Honest company and great stress relievers for me! Deserve 10 🤩 stars!!!! Oh, and better price than the other shop!

Overpriced charged me $250 for a 15 minute install and a part that cost $40 dollars.Definitely not bringing my car back here I don’t mind paying a little extra cause. I know it is a shop and they’re legit, but that’s just robbery in my opinion me knowing about cars that I know that’s a robbery because it’s one nut and bolt. and he had the nerve to say best price in the high desert. He said it was gonna take an hour and 20 minutes to do. These are professionals they should’ve gotten into something else if it’s gonna take that long to change one nut and bolt. But I was in a pinch that’s when people can take advantage of you

Got 4 new tires ( $100 less than the quote I got from them in June 2025) and oil change and cleaned the inside of my windshield ( I put some fog repellent on it and couldn't get it off).
