Went in unannounced , they got me back on the road, I called them back with another repair, didn't seem too interested and didn't call me back, I found Autoworks they took the project on as well as the repairs on my work truck.

I never had issues with my ride then i came here to get a tire fixed. And all of the sudden my ride is just stopping in the middle of the road. Like wth did you do to my car???

I called this place asking if they could fix my car it was having a bad idle. I asked the man how much it was to have it diagnosed or if it's free and the man on the phone that morning was increadibly rude. He said "I went to school and I don't do anything for free, goodbye!" I was hung up on... I just asked a question... LOL The guy running that place must of been having a bad day.. no wonder why no positive reviews!!! let this be a well earned negative. I wouldn't have wanted someone working on my baby Honda with that attitude... he does not care! another bad mechanic.

Highly recommended. Took me a couple months dealing with rinky dink so called professionals locally in the auto repair industry, Finally found Harrington Auto Repair, Good Solid Work in a timely manner at a reasonable price, ""No this and that and everything else and you need this and that over here"".instead This is what's wrong period plain and simple straight to the point, and from now on my wife and I will be visiting Harrington Auto Victorville for All our Auto Repair Needs, and we encourage our friends and neighbors to do the same.

I've been going to Glenn for a few years now. I couldn't have found a more professional or trustworthy mechanic if I had tires! I now live in Desert Hot Springs and I still take my cars to him! I hate to give him such a great review because I know he'll get more business and I may have to wait longer but I won't go ANYWHERE else!

Edit: I have since learned this mechanic took dangerous shortcuts with repair work I had done on brakes. I won’t go back again. Glen is helpful and has been very patient with my situation. Did diagnosis and has stored my car in a secure lot at no charge until I could raise money for repairs.

Glenn Harrington Auto always works me in as quickly as he can and the work is always satisfactory. 7/16/22 I had screeching brake issues with my 2008 Toyota. Glenn Dean and his mechanics quickly diagnosed the problem, turned the front rotors, replaced the rear brakes and everything is fine. Glenn has helped me with my 2001 Dodge 2500 truck with different issues, replaced shocks, gave me good advice on other issues that saved me money. At 81 years of age I am glad I have found a mechanic that I can trust.

My Honda pilot had an emission system problem on the way to Vegas. we almost completely lose the pose and car has vibration issues. We stop by the Harrington auto repair for diagnostics. The manager Glenn is very knowledgeable and nice to explain the issue we have. He did scan problem code for us and inspected the issues. but due to there is no parts available, we have to go to the Honda dealership to fix the issue. We are so appreciating the manager Glenn honesty and integrity for his job. I will give him 5 star review.

This is the second time I have taken my truck to Harringtons . The 1st time was a fuel pump replacement. And this time I had to get a new engine . Glen and Armondo are two of the nicest guys . Armondo and Glen explained everything to me about the new engine and answered all my questions and got me the best prices. I am so appreciative for all the hard work and patience they put in for me .
