Went in to get my car fixed that had a leak but when i got my car back my check engine light was on and wrench symbol light was on which was not on before and my car had a jerking pull the leak had no relation to the transmition so they basically messed up my car and refused to fix it total scam will never go there again also I had a diagnostic done before going to them only thing that came up were issues relating to leak nothing about my transmission which I now have to find a way to get fixed

I took my car in for the starter...Now I need a new engine and transmission....no problems before .. now my car is knocking and shifting hard they had all weekend to mess it up.After they replaced the starter twice. It's so sad it you put your trust in to people and they screw you over..... Don't go here......I give no stars .

This company has went above and beyond I was needing a part they did not stock so they sent me to their supplier with no prophet on their end if I could I would give them a rating of 10 🌟 's if there was that option thank you FIVE STAR on Palmdale Road. I Agree with Chuck, "They don't own up to their mistakes and over charge on labor." I would also like to add that there mechanics are novice and the people working behind the desk are arrogant, and in fact not own up to their mistakes. They rather take your cash and be done with you, than fix there mistake and have a happy returning customer. I will NEVER return to this place. Do yourself a favor and pay those extra $20 and go somewhere else. You get what you pay for here, a novice service too greedy to run an honest business. Hypocrites at that , they have a convenient picture of JESUS CHRIST right there where everyone can see. Just a bunch of wolves in sheep clothing. UPDATE, THEY USED TO BE CALLED "MALCOM'S AUTO REPAIR", THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME TO WHAT YOUR SEEING NOW, CUSTOMERS BEWARE, THEY ARE TRICKSTERS, MAKE SURE THE NEXT PLACE YOU GO IS NOT THESE GUYS IN DISGUISE....

Very quick in assisting me, I first went to AAMCO the guy there at the front desk was very rude and was not willing to help me and saw that 5 Star Transmission was right across and decided to go there and they were able to assist me and everyone there was very helpful. I just needed a quick diagnostics and an a quote, they did that for me within an hour. Would highly recommend 5 Star Transmission and Automotive to others.

A friend of mine referred me to 5 Star transmissions for my oil changed. I was completely satisfied with the overall service I received. I was greeted as I walked in and was even offered the coupon price before I was able to mention it. I was walked thru the issue with my car so i was able to fully understand not just given a paper with outrageous prices like I was used to. The manger Scott was introduced himself knowing I was a first timer. I found my new auto shop and I will be telling my friends about 5 star transmissions.
