Went to americas tire about a flat, they tried to force me into buying a new tire and recommended all 4 get replaced plus replacing lug nuts. Made them put my spare on until I can come to les schwab. Once I hot here I was out in less than 30 minutes with a repaired tired and positive feedback on my other tires and lug nuts.

I’ve purchased tires from this location before and I appreciate their honesty, friendliness and professionalism. I took my teenagers car to this location, asked for a quote (4 tires) 1995 civic. They gave me the quote and said “no need to replace your tires, you have plenty of life” the car is not a daily driver. Honestly finding a good shop is pretty difficult. My wife and I always take our vehicles to get oil change and tire replacement at this location. Thank you all!

Brought my car in because I thought I needed an alignment - the mechanic handling my vehicle, Brian, came out to the waiting area and told me he didn’t think I needed it. He showed me the specs and told me I’m not in need of an alignment. The honesty that this employee showed me blew me away! Most places would just do the service and take your money- but not Brian! I commend him for his honesty and integrity and would recommend this place for your car service! This is my very first time coming here, but definitely won’t be my last! Thanks Brian!!

i’m saying I’m pretty disappointed I’ve never had an issue in the past but today when I went to the location in Victorville California off Palmdale Road I was told that they could not repair my tire because they had seen the nail In my tire was through the sidewall and it would not be safe to patch they also stated that there was cord showing thru on The side of the tire that they can only see once they removed it from the vehicle my car has less than 40,000 miles on it so I decided to get a second opinion and I drove up Palmdale Road to Tomateros Tires The owner was there he removed the tire let me step into the bay with him and look at the tire myself there is absolutely no cord showing whatsoever and the nail is in the tire however it is not near the edge or through the sidewall he was able to safely patch my tire for only $20 when Les Schwab told me it would be unsafe because of the sidewall damage and the cord showing and that I needed to spend $121 to get a new Iron Man tire that would be the cheapest one that they would have in stock I understand trying to make a few bucks but customer service and honesty is definitely the way to go these days so next week when I get paid I plan on going back to Tomateros and giving him my business moving forward shame on y’all Les Schwab

Had a problem with a rear tire, slowly losing air... Had to have a tire shop put air in it every 2-3 weeks.... Son-in-law suggested I go to Les Schwab.... Said they would repair it for no charge.... I didn't believe it.... He said it's the only place he buys tires for their four vehicles.... Drove to the Victorville store, sure enough!!! Michael took the tire off and repaired it!!! (It had a small screw in it). NO CHARGE!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! 😄 Michael & Jorge are TOP NOTCH! THANK YOU!!! They made me feel like I was the most important person in the shop, and I'm an elderly widow!!! 😉 -Debra B.

I’m gonna do an updated recent review for oil changes. They’re outstanding and they can do good work on the oil changes as for tires if you need them in a pinch, they’re not good. I had a blowout and I needed a tire to be specific. I needed a 255 R 19 and the sad thing about it for a tire shop. They should be having all tires instead they it would take them more than two days or a week just to order that tire instead, I had to go to their competition America’s tire to get the tire and be able to go to work so fortunately, they will do my oil changes, but I will not be ordering tires from them. I like the staff I like Les Schwab Tires, but to order tires from them I won’t be doing that and that’s sad.

Purchased tires here a few months ago & received an email stating Come in and get a free tire pressure check. Well I take the 30 minutes + drive there and they tell me it will be 2-1/2 to 4 hours wait to get the Tire air pressure check done. I really thought they did a great job when I Purchased the tires. I am so sorry I Purchased from them. They are just another repair shop that puts on a good show for new customers & cannot or will not live up to their promises.

Life Savers!!!! Hunter and the team at this location were very helpful!! I was traveling back home to Colorado when my Ram 1500 blew a strut on North I-15. Once I got my truck there. They were waiting for me and was able to make the repairs and a few others that wasn't expected so that I was able to get back on the road and head home to Colorado with a piece of mind and safely! Usually they do better and faster. I just came in for a flat repair. It took over 2 hours while the girl who came in dressed very provocatively was seen right away. And for the same issue, we both had flat tires.I came in one hour earlier.She came in, and then her car immediately taken to the bay. The one in Hesperia is much more responsive to customers needs especially if it's urgent.

Unreal!! Do NOT NOT NOT come to this Les Schwab location!!!!! I have spent over $3700 at Les Schwab locations in the past six months. I came here to have a noise under the front end checked, my e-brake cable checked (it looks frayed), and one other item looked at. Instead of helping me, I was told by the assistant manager that only a dealership could assist me. What?!? After I have spent nearly four grand at this business, now you can't help me? Makes zero sense, and I am highly disappointed in Les Schwab overall. I had to drive far out of my way, and I only came here because of the so-called "warranty." Being a loyal customer means nothing to this company. Time to find a Discount Tire or Tire Warehouse to give my next four grand to.

Purchased tires with warranty and was told only way warranty will be honored is if I went to get an alignment. I got an alignment and tires went bad 3-4 months after purchase (still within warranty)… I took car back because tire psi keeps going down and have proof of alignment that was done through Tesla and they’re stating they can’t honor my warranty because they didn’t do the alignment right! I will never purchase tires from this shop again and will definitely follow up Be careful They just want to make a sell and don’t honor warranties!
