By far the best tire shop around, no disappointment what so ever. Serviced 2 of my vehicles with a set of tires; 1 a 60,000 and the other a 70,000 warranty plus alignment. Friendly staff to myself and to other patrons coming in. Also knew alot of customers by name, very professional staff.

I really appreciate the fact that my local mechanic recommended this shop for my alignment. He was right this is an excellent company. They also do other car repairs, tires, and more. I was treated with a lot of courtesy and even he checked out one of my vehicles gave me a diagnostic and said no charge unless you want to have the work done. I’ve already taken my second vehicle to him. I noticed he treats everyone in the lobby, as if they’re a friend he has repeat customers.

I’ve had Bob’s tire work on my car twice now and I will never go anywhere else! The first time I went, they fixed a huge mistake that Auto Wrench in Hesperia made on my GMC terrain and after picking it up, it ran even better than before. Jeff is incredible! Nicest man and knows his $*it!! Second time I came in was for two new tires. I was in and out in 30 mins! As a busy mom of two, I appreciate the quick service! Love this place! I’ll be back next time I need service done!

I was replacing tires with a set I'd bought online and had the tires stolen by these guys. The tires were the same brand that they were replacing so I did not check too closely since I did not think they'd steal my tires and leave the old ones on the car. They did. It took me a few weeks to notice, but it was obvious. They simply left the old tires on the car and kept the new tires. These guys are common thieves.

Hubby and I have brought our Jeep here a couple of times for a alignments. We've been modifying our Jeep and it now has a 4.5'' lift on it. Jeff and Steve were honest and direct about what we needed and once we got things squared away on our side, we brought in the Jeep and they were able to get her right as rain. She handles beautifully now. I highly recommend this shop. This is the only shop in the high desert that we trust. Great people. Great service. Knowledgeable staff. I had a great experience at this alignment shop. The team did excellent work, and I was extremely satisfied with the service from start to finish. After the initial alignment, I noticed the steering wheel was slightly off-center. These things happen. What really stood out was how the crew handled it. I turned around and brought the vehicle right back. Without any hesitation, they got it back on the rack and made the necessary adjustment quickly and professionally. No attitude, no hassle, just a solid commitment to getting it right. That level of customer service and accountability is rare these days. First time at Bob’s Tire. Got tires and an alignment. Drove off, everything felt solid. Few days later the wheel was tilted maybe 2-3 degrees. Whatever, I called. They said “bring it back at 3pm.” Rolled in, no attitude, no paperwork drama. Dude fixed it in like 7 minutes, didn’t charge me, just “all good, see ya later.” Steve is cool people, did it right. I’m not the type that gets excited about tire shops, but yeah, I’ll be back. Solid spot.

I must say I really wasn’t expecting the great service I received. I mean the customer service was AWESOME!! And what I seen in this shop was love for people and no discrimination whatsoever. Steve and Jeff are really Angels in disguise. And did I say honest on the price very fair prices? I took my big rig in for alignment and thought I was going be coming out paying an arm, leg, and some toes lol… I was very shocked when I got the invoice. What I experienced while I was waiting was very touching and loving. A homeless man came in wanted ice and water. Jeff didn’t hesitate to allow the man to get water.
