Anthony in the office was and is great to work with and I've personally brought two of my vehicles plus our work van there. He listened to all my issues and concerns. Updated review: Was referred to come here by a friend but I will reach out to her and tell her to stop. My case was delayed for several weeks due to this body shop. At first Anthony claimed he was not receiving an email from the insurance company. Instead of reaching out to let me or them know I found out when i called a week later. Another week later, nothing was sent because he claimed there was no instruction (even though i verbally gave it to him). I sent all the information via my personal email, to which he sent received confirmation and another week later nothing was sent. I spoke to a woman who works there who said the issue was that the car was required BY THE INSURANCE to be in the shop. This is false. I confirmed with the insurance to make sure this wasn’t necessary and confirmed the car did not need to be there. 🚩The insurance warned me that they may have been trying to change extra storage fee which is why they may have been delaying the process 🚩Finally after about five weeks, they told me they could not help. Since the insurance company knew i was struggling with this auto body shop they allowed to work directly with me. I would have appreciated if they were more upfront from the beginning.

Took my Wife's Mustang Convertible to Louie's for some body work. Excellent job & reasonable pricing. But get this. My Wife and I are elderly, my Wife walks with a cane and has a history of falls. Yup she slips and falls but before her head could hit the concrete Louie catches her,, incushining her head with his hand. Once again thank you for an excellent job and special thanks for saving my Wife from a serious injury.

After recently backing my new truck into a tree, Anthony and team performed an excellent repair job on the fender and tail light with Anthony staying with the quoted repair and absorbing the increase in cost of the tail light because it came with sensor (I didn't use backing up)..... Very satisfied with my experience with Anthony — needed a full bumper replacement and fender repair and had been given some questionable estimates by other body shops around. This shop did great work at a lower cost and got my car back to me much earlier than expected. Straight-forward billing and service with no fluff and no over-charges. I’d also like to mention the great customer service both Anthony and Louie provided. They were very knowledgeable , professional and friendly. They had my vehicle for about three weeks and in that duration I was able to receive updates and photos of the progress of my car along the way! I really appreciate their transparency.
