I have no clue why this place is rated so high.. they took over 3 months with my vehicle and were frustrated when I would call them for an update. I finally made them make things right by requesting a rental from them.. when I got my vehicle back, my interior had residue that was difficult to take off because they would have my windows down continuously.. please do not go here.. save your stress!!!

Take your vehicle somewhere else to get it fixed they did a horrible job and had to bring my car multiple times every time I got my car back there was always something else wrong with it never-ending very rude too very unprofessional especially guy sitting at the front desk.

I took my car to Fix Auto and spoke to Luis and Raul. They were super professional and kept me updated on my car repairs. I had some questions about my car and repairs and contacted Raul and Luis via email in which they responded in a timely manner. This is the first time my car has ever been in the shop so I was hesitant but they kept me updated and assured me that everything would be okay ! I highly recommend Fix Auto to anybody looking for a great collision center . Brought in my Honda Accord sport with front end damage, Raul the associate at the front desk was quick to assess the damage to my front end. I made an appointment, and my car was done in less than a week. They did such an amazing job they are Honda certified in great at what they do.

Got my car fixed here had just a nik in the windshield and when I got the car back I had a whole big crack in another spot and the told me it was there before which it wasn’t and I have proof and they wouldn’t fix it trying to state it was there before don’t go here and if u do take pictures of the whole car before going so they can’t state it was there before

Please save yourself a lot of headache and avoid this place, very unprofessional and misleading, the person in front desk is the worst. Went there for an estimate, they give a very inaccurate one when they had just go to see your car from outside. If you go with an insurance this place tries to force you to fix with them for the low estimate they submit to the insurance, (just by seeing it superficialy). When you tell them you won't fix your car with them because you don't trust them after they try to get more money when supposedly take the car apart for a deeper estimate. Then making it difficult for the client to go somewhere else after rejecting their supposed expertise as the front desk guy claims to be "expert" but he doesn't even check the car in depth and submits an inaccurate estimate. That's completely unprofessional and fraudulent in my opinion. I reported it already, because it is completely unacceptable. Thankfully I was able to fix my car somewhere else where they are very professional and serious, my estimate was fixed to a correct one after reporting this malpractice. Hope they fix that so no one else has to struggle, all I can do is raise awareness through my review. That's my bad experience with them, it doesn't have to be yours.
