Just wanted to let all of the potential customers know. Pep Boys in Victorville or any Pep Boys is not for high clientele. See Mark here at this location very approachable and they will not let you drive off without assurance. I had a great experience as there are a lot of eateries surrounding this establishment while you wait as well as their customer waiting area.

Went in for a tire patch and took 2 hours on a day that wasn't busy! Started at 10:30 am until 12:30 pm. I work in aviation we can remove and replace a part in 1 hour tire change on a wide body aircraft! With a air ratchet and correct torque, that plane will make gate time on schedule.

Very pricey for the oil change. The oil change does not include tire rotation for the price add an extra 10.00...I probably in the future go to a another oil change spot on the 7th because there prices include tire rotation and they do not charge the amount pep boys does....but they were available and I hate not servicing my car.

Never come here!! 0 stars!! They are not to be trusted!! I’ve been coming here for almost three years and they are treating me horrible! I went in for a simple oil change. Two days later I’m getting my car back because it went from an oil change to all of a sudden my light being on and 80$ more charge. There were no lights on when I took my car in, it turned on when my car was at their establishment!! It even says it in my initial report no lights were on when I took it in. Horrible customer service! Mark was refusing to give me any customer service phone numbers or helping out with the issue they caused to my car. After paying I look at my interior and they shifted my whole carpet so now wires are visible! I am never going back ever! The owner commented on my post, but never got back to me , it’s all just for show. FAKE and horrible customer service!

This happened on 10/08/23 16:45 I rented a Tesla from Hertz and it needed a 10000 mile inspection. Hertz sent an authorization here and told me to just take it whenever I could. I called them and made an appointment. Leonard from Pep Boys on 7th st Victorville said they don't do inspections for Uber or Lyft and the girl should not have make me a 5pm appointment. He tried to avoid helping me with numerous excuses even though I explained it was a 10000 mile inspection for a testla from Hertz and said even though I have a 5pm appointment I would have to wait till 7pm. He had a dismissive, rude, unapologetic attitude until he saw the Hertz authorization and realized it wasn't a ride share inspection but a Hertz 10000 mile inspection for a Tesla but still made me wait till 7pm to check me in and I got out of there till 9pm. He made me wait 4 hours inside their cold warehouse! It was so cold I had to call my wife to bring me a jacket because they don't have heating! Never again will I go back to this pepboys!

I left a yelp review and it was deleted. So I’ll keep rewriting about their poor customer service. I have been going to this location for almost 4 years! They have replaced my headlight twice in 9 months the most recent time I went was in September and it went out again two weeks later, I called and they told me to come in. They open at 8 I was there at 9 and only the second person in the lobby. Ryan was very rude and condescending and told me they’d need my car for “a couple hours”I got an uber home and around 2pm I checked the status of my vehicle was still not worked on or assigned to a technician so I called and was dismissively told by Ryan “we’ll call you” I called back around 3:15pm and Ryan proceeds to rudely tell me he only have one tech and he leaves at 5 so he hasn’t diagnosed your car yet and even if he does he can’t work on it today because he leaves at 5. They had my vehicle for 8 HOURS!! For a simple headlight fix. Very inconsiderate and rude I wasted time and money trying to get them to fix a problem THEY created. The next day Precision Body was able to fix the problem they created in 10 minutes by simply connecting the headlight as it wasn’t plugged in all they way! Deleting reviews and not correcting their mistake and staff behavior is problematic and I will never recommend them.

I took my car in to this location to get a "ride share" inspection for my son who wants to work as a ride share driver. So anyway, as I filled out the paperwork I was told it would cost $40.00. That was a surprise to me as other Pep Boys locations only charged $19.00. That aside, for the sake of convenience, I agreed to pay the requested amount and left the car there. So, I went across the street to get something to eat while I waited. I received a phone call from Pep Boys telling me that my two rear tires need to be replaced as they were "old", "cracked" and that the "tread was worn". So I went back to the car to do a visual inspection and just as I thought, the tires were in average condition. The so-called "cracks" were barely visible, and the tread was normal wear. But I agreed that I would get the two rear tires replaced anyway, as I knew someone who owns a tire shop and can get me a good deal on tires. So I go back inside to get my keys and was charged the full $40.00 even though the car failed inspection due to the tire. Not only that, I was told I would be charged another $40.00 when I return with the new tires to get the certificate. I was told if I bought their tires, I wouldn't have to the extra $40.00. We'll, I wasn't born yesterday, but I know a scam when I see it. And it was just an excuse to upset me on their tires. I usually go to Auto Zone because it is so much closer, but since other Pep Boys offer a ride share inspection for $19.00 I thought I'd drive the extra few miles and get a reasonable price. As it turns out, they were just trying to upset me on tires, and charge me a second time for an inspection report. I've always had a policy that if you treat me fair, I will always be your customer, but if you screw me over, even if it's only one, I will never be your customer ever again, and I sure as hell will never recommend you. And as a side note, I just didn't like the cashier's attitude. He was just plain rude. Not only am I leaving this review here, I will also be reaching out to Corpoate and letting them know what's going on at this particular location. You can do better, and hiring employees without an attitude, and treating customers fairly should be your first step. I don't usually write bad reviews, but in this case, it was certainly warranted

Mark and Tommy helped me out right before closing, I had just ran over a nail that got stuck to my tire. They took care of us, made us feel at home. I would've probably had to get it towed or pay for a service call the next day so this was greatly appreciated. Will be coming back to this location moving forward

I bought a set of 4 tires along with alignment, balancing and mounting, 1 year later I noticed some very unfamiliar tire damage to my front tires, one being flat. I took it back just to hear them say that I don't have a warranty on the tires or the alignment, they showed me no common courtesy at all even tho' I had those services done. I got a 2nd opinion and I was told that the alignment was not done right the first time, if it was the tires would not have worn the way they did so I had to pay for it again
