At first, I felt really let down. I was not informed of my car status, I was being charged for something that I had already paid for. I was not being treated like a customer who has spent thousands at this place of business. After paying a lot of money, this is not how I want to be treated. There was a manager by the name of David, I think. He stepped in after I explained the situation and remedied it. If it had not been for him, this survey and situation would have had an ugly unpleasant outcome. My suggestion is, talk to your employees. Have meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page. Talk to them about leaving customers on hold for more than 10 minutes. Talk to them about conversing with the customer and to return phone calls with updates. . I experienced all the above. Just do better if you want to continue receiving my business.

We got the run around for over 2 months about our car 😵‍💫, and when we asked for the warranty papers Blake said he would fax them over to, we still haven’t received 😡. It was a check light issue wich came with a two year warranty as stated by this Blake guy .

I had the worst experience at this location. Had to reschedule the appointment and have my mom go rather than me seems like some miss communication in house. When I tried to call and speak to a supervisor not once did I reach one or receive a call back. If I could return the truck I bought and shop else where I would 0/10 do not recommend doing any buisness at this location. The customer service is the worst. And it goes up the chain just as bad when you can’t even get a call back. Think twice before spending any money at this dealership.

Patrick Jones made us feel like family and was very informative about my new Tahoe. I took it in thinking there was a fuel leak. He insured me that everything was being looked over. Instead of finding a fuel leak they found a few other things that were still under warranty. I know why they are #1 they are thorough I do not regret buying my Tahoe from Victorville Chevy! Our sales guy was perfect Tito. Now I just have to get use to all the engine under the hood as Patrick said! There is no fuel leak just a V8 lol

I arrived at my appointment time and I was immediately greeted. I was met by the service representative Pedro and he did a quick diagnostic on my vehicle prior to even moving it. I was highly nervous about the cost and he kept it very real telling me that he could not even give me an estimate. Overall service took about 4hrs and the defect was covered under warranty! Way overpriced. I was able to get a quote from other mechanics for the same 2 parts for $1100-1300 with what Gab original quoted $1,900 for! No car should need 3 water pumps in 87k miles. This sealed our decision for myself and all of my family of 11 for none of us to ever get a Chevy again. Plus, the mileage that the vehicle was checked-in at, written on the invoice and final paperwork, was wrong and did not match the mileage at pick-up. If the service adviser and mechanic who both check the mileage, both get it wrong, what else are they getting wrong?
