On our 12 hour road trip our tire got a bubble in it. We called and they said come right in. We’re greeted in the bay and in and out within 15 minutes. Turned on cartoons for my kids and gave them hats. So friendly, professional and it was so cheap! Highly recommend. Thank you so much Kurt!

I needed 6 RV tires and had been calling around and almost went to another dealer until I got a call back fro Pete's in Victorville. They explained in detail my rights under a warranty that I didn't even know I had. Other shops weren't even looking out for the customer. They just wanted to make a sale. Not Pete's in Victorville. they truly look out for the customer. I got a great deal on tires and fast and friendly service. Just want to give a shout out to the whole team at Pete's for their wonderful service. This place is amazing my friends class c rv had two blowouts on left rear outskirts of Barstow they were amazing went out right away put the tires on the side of road. So we were able to get home. The tire size was not common either several other places said they had to order.

I'm new to larger vehicles and I bought this RV used a couple weeks ago. It felt unwieldy on the road. It would wobble and sway, almost going into the other lane. I was a bit scared of going full highway speed. I chalked it up to just not being use to such a large vehicle. Just for general good vehicle maintenance, i wanted to get an alignment check. I was referred to here and they were able to schedule an appointment for me pretty quickly. Driving this feels like a night and day difference! It handles and drives so much more stable and smooth after they took care of adjusting the alignment! I'm very happy with the work they performed.

These guys were a lifesaver! Got the runaround from pretty much every tire shop in Barstow…just told “don’t have that tire in stock”. Not one place recommended a workable alternative. Ended up spending the night in my RV (with steer tire flat) on side of highway. Pete’s in Victorville contacted me first thing in am and had suggestion of alternate tire they had in stock and was on the way immediately. (They offer emergency after hours but because of later hour, distance from me, and amount of answers I’d received about no tire available had decided to wait for morning to call some tire shops not open Sundays.) Pete’s was great! Very professional and impressive service - thank you!

Called Pete's Road Service last year to have the front tires replaced and they were the only ones that were willing to take on the job and were able to gets us in and back on the road. This year was a bit of a time crunch and again they were the only ones able and willing to work on "The Dutch". Great service and great guys to work with. Pete's will now be our only shop for " The Dutch" and our other rigs in the future.
