Upon pickup I was told my lug nut key was given to them in an un-usable state. I had just used it earlier this morning myself and it worked just fine to get the wheel off and on. Looking at it now it looks like it was used on a normal lug and completely stripped out. Now I get to go on an 8 hour drive and pray that I don't need to change a tire on the way because I have no way of removing my wheels.

It's a great place to get things done. I went about 2yrs ago and got a tuneup and something else on my sister's car. The guy that did the paperwork was chill, professional, detailed, and answered the 2 questions I had. It's a nice spot. If you had a bad experience, not every place is perfect and has issues. Give them a chance and get your ride hooked up👋🏾

I have had the displeasure of working with 3 different managers at this location. They are either misinformation or intentionally misleading customers on what is required for their vehicles. They overbook their appointment slots so even if you schedule an appointment it will still take 2 hours for your car to even be worked on. They will not take ownership or accountability for the quality of work by their technicians. They have no interest in quality customer service and are happy to make you wait all day if need be. I went to Dr Tires and they took care of me the way a company should.

Omar is da bomb diggity! This is the place to go! Reasonable prices, extremely nice service, and honest! Super clean, organized facility. Found leaking in my brand new Toyota battery!! I told them go ahead and replace it. They even took time to show and explain it to me. I also Thought I needed a new $250 tire, but it ended up, they were so honest, told me I only had a nail and repaired it! This place is top tier!🤗

I sent one of my guys and they sold me the wrong tire. It was for a regular pick up. I needed a tire 10 ply for commercial trucks. And expensive $300. That’s a rip off.

Save yourself some time and a headache, don’t come here. I went to the location on Tao Road after they scheduled me for an alignment and they told me they couldn’t do it because they were waiting on transmission fluid. Then I went to this location and the first time they forgot to tighten down my outer tie rods. Following that I called a few months later for my alignment warranty, scheduled an appointment with the manager, once I get there the clerk tells me the alignment rack is down and has been down for a week. Then came in the manager saying it is up.

I had gotten two unexpected flat tires. It was a Sunday late in the day not a lot of places are open on Sunday let alone after 3pm and they helped me out tremendously. The front desk gentleman was amazing and very helpful. I will be returning when I need new tires again.

Save your money and time when getting an alignment done at this shop. Correct me if im wrong but aren't the alignment specs suppose to be within the green mark. Yeah? but not at this shop. Red is okay in their perspective. They will give some half ass excuse like " we don't have the special tool/ its close enough/or I thought you wanted this fixed instead". Its an alignment job, not a statistic test. Just turn the wrench, wiggle it around and you have it. But nope. Again, save your time and money and go somewhere that actually KNOWS what they are doing.

Dave at your Apple Valley, Ca. Location was as helpful as possible. I had booked an appointment with your appointment service, only to find out the young man was “swamped” with customers and he was working alone with no help. Your appointment service is horrible. Dave was very polite and apologetic to inform me that he was at least two hours backed up and your appointment service was continuing to book appointments with no communication with him and his situation at hand which was over booked severely! I had a tire loosing air fast and was lucky to make it over to your Victorville, Ca. Location where Robert and Omar were extremely helpful and got me back on the road. But with your type of “appointment service” that has no communication with your service centers just booking appointments and being paid for every appointment they book and clearly over booking while your service techs were wonderful I will not book another appointment with you if I have to go through an “appointment service”. It is extremely frustrating for a customer to book an appointment and have to wait for hours due to over booking.

Horrible customer service. Received a free oil change from them months back. Made an appointment for the oil change online on a Thursday at 11:00 a.m. . Guy at the counter asks if I had an appointment. I told him yes," I do". He responds with," I don't see anything on the appointment chart". I told him that it was done online. He was a bit confused. So I left the car. 4 hours go by and no phone call or text. So I drop in. My truck was still in the parking lot. The oil change had not been done. He had made a comment that if I had stayed in the waiting room that it might have gotten done quicker. So I told them that I had to reschedule. So I drop in on a Saturday morning 7:30. With no appointments. Now the guy at the counter (same guy) is telling me that since I don't have an appointment - that I would have to leave the car for the day. So I stated to him that last time I made an appointment that I had left the car for half of the day and still nothing had been done. Wasn't planning on leaving my truck for the day since I had other appointments. I usually do my own oil changes, in 30 minutes. but since they have given me the free oil change ,(since I spent $1,200 on a brake system.) And now I feel like they don't want to redeem it. Feels like it's pulling teeth with these people. And sounds like they need more help in there. Whatever the case maybe. Do not recommend these people for anything. Extremely overpriced. And of course customer service is terrible.
