You can get a used tire for $40. You can Get your tire patched for $30!! You can buy a set of used tires at a reasonable price but when you ask them to loosen up the wheel locks because you broke two wheel lock keys they’re gonna try to charge you for that.🥴

I put new tie rods and ball joints on my car and needed an alignment. Everywhere I called had an attitude and said I needed to make an appointment. But Serranos was able to do my alignment right away. The price was also cheaper than the other shops that were appointment only. Quincy was able to do my alignment and now my car is driving straight again. He also balanced my tires for me.

I got an alignment there yesterday and 2 new tires. Quick service and average price. I called there today and was talking to the technician for less than a minute when his boss interrupted and said to get off the phone unless I needed something else. Wth? I feel I paid for this service, I should be able to ask questions whether I did it at the time or the next day. The technician abruptly got off the phone and said to call back and talk to (I forgot the name already) Before getting reprimanded by his boss, he was telling me important information about my vehicle and the process that they performed yesterday. That is him doing his job. I find this very rude since I paid for the service and this would be a part of the service if I asked yesterday when I was exhausted, had just bought the car, and on a turn around trip from Las Vegas.

Brought my Ford flex because it had a rattling noise coming from the engine, took it to another shop first and gave me and outrageous quote, came here to serranos auto repair for a quote and the staff were very honest and friendly, turned out to be something simple, got it fixed for cheap, I got a set of used tires while I was there. First time here needed an emergency tire that I got flat didn’t have much money and my rim ended up being bent. They charged $20 extra for getting it straightened out which I stressed to them I didn’t have since I barely even had enough for the used tire and mechanic told me to not worry about it and did it for me on the house. Call it a touch of heart or a lucky day but this helped me out more anyone can imagine! I’ll be coming here regularly from now on. In a world full of business trying to get every dollar they can from ppl it’s refreshing seeing businesses like this still willing to help out someone in need. 🙏🏻👍🏻
