I’ve been going to get my oil changed at Kia bc I have a prepaid plan, most recently in February SO I THOUGHT. Mind you I have not been driving my car more than 2 days a week. I’ve recently notice that my car has been making weird noises. I took it to a mechanic and he checked the oil and said it has not been changed in a long time. He showed me the oil and it was dark! I’ve been wasting my time and money going to get my oil changed at Kia bc they have obviously not changed it ! Don’t waste your time and money going there.

I tried to take my car in for the warranty and I’ve NEVER had such an issue trying to use my warranty. They very rude and not trying to work with me at all. Stacy and the manager were very rude when I explained to them I needed my car for work they pretty much said it wasn’t their problem. They were very unprofessional. I’m thinking of trading my car for a different dealership because they were just so rude to me all week. They didn’t bring me my car just pointed to it and said there’s your car they also left a tool on my seat.

More than twice I have scheduled service for my kia ev⁶only to arrive and being told that I have to leave it for up to a week. When I describe the problem and schedule the service nothing is said. I am sick and tired of getting there and being told this and will find another dealership.

I have a 2013 Kia Optima LX and after 257000 miles my motor Seized Alexis Lopez in service as well as Paul service manager took care of me within 2 weeks . I had a new motor put in for free by Kia Motors thank you guys very much appreciate the effort appreciate the follow up thank you for a great job

I got a new car and before I left the lot I told them that there were a bunch of scratches on the car, not only that the headlights looked foggy inside. I told the person who sold me the car and Victor did not care. He said I can talk to his manager instead. I wouldn’t recommend going here. They just want money and won’t even fix the details on car that you paid for. Never going to recommend any of my family or friends to go here.

My Niro 2020 at 18000 mile has been in service since 3/1/2022. It's been more than a month and I still don't have a repaired vehicle yet. Only your assigned "coordinator" gives you updates on your vehicle even when you call the service department, and they rarely follow up with you. On 3/30/2022, I was told that my car could finally be fixed on Friday, 4/1/2022, if the part(s) arrive on time and that the coordinator would call me about it. But nope. No one followed up since the call on the 30th of March.

Went in for an 8:00am appointment after 3 and a 1/2 hours they came and told me that it would be another 1/2 hour after 40 minutes they said they needed to run some more tests to make sure the issue they found was not the only one. They said that they would need to keep it overnight. They called me an Uber to take me home. The next day Friday I hadn’t heard from them and then informed me that they needed to order apart and it wouldn’t be there until Tuesday. Not a good experience.

Went in for a vehicle part recall at 7am on 11/5/21. The customer service rep checked in my vehicle and told me they would do an inspection and let me know if any repairs were needed. At 4:45pm I received a call that vehicle was ready. I get there and get a print out of maintenance that’s needed. I asked why they didn’t give me a call about the work (brakes, oil change, tire rotation) the young lady says “well that’s what we normally do” I have a blank stare. They kept my car from 7am - 4:45pm and didn’t do anything. I’m very disappointed with KIA here in the High Desert.

Initially, I was happy, but then I started receiving strange texts from them. All of them are asking for me to leave a review, so here's mine: The texts I have received (they are many) all say something like this: please leave a good review so that I don't get in trouble/get my full pay/don't get penalized. Okay, this means one of two things: the management there will take it out on employees if the customer decides to not leave a review. Messed up policy. OR my suspicion: they tell their employees to make it sould like there will be a repercussion if we do not leave a review. So...they're extorting us for reviews? Holding employees hostage for five stars? Or manipulating us. Either way, it stinks, it's not right. Also their warranty salesman and financer absolutely do not inspire confidence. Mike, our salesman, was great.

They scheduled me 2 weeks in advance for a warranty appointment on a holiday. Then the day before the holiday they called me to tell me that they will be closed on the holiday. When they prior scheduled me they should have known that they were going to be closed that day. The service advisor who made my appointment in person, seemed overall that he didn't care about customers with warranty issues. This was my first red flag about this Service Department. The name of the Service Advisor: William the 3rd.

I have had positive experiences with all of the service advisors that I have dealt with, but the majority of my service visits have been handled by Stacey Keen. And honesty, that has been by choice. Stacey is always very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the repairs and service that needs to be completed. She also makes sure to keep me updated on the progress of the work and is available to answer any dumb or off the wall questions that I may have. I trust Stacey when it comes to servicing my vehicles. I have owned three Kia vehicles, two current, and Stacey is my go service advisor. She is my service advisor of choice not for just my Kia vehicles, but also for the servicing my Honda Civic and Ford Fusion. Stacey has also taken good care of my son when he has needed his Kia Forte serviced. I am truly thankful for Stacey and the Kia Service Team for providing me with excellent service. I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I have a 3 year warranty on my car. I went in there after a routine oil change at a different location where the mechanic said my transmission was leaking among other things. When I went in, the person helping me told me that’s what I get for purchasing a used car and even worse for choosing a dodge journey because “those cars have lots of problems.” After inspecting my car for a different issue he attempted to return my keys to me and tell me that my car was fine. I had to ask if my car was fine what about my leaking transmission? He responded with “oh yeah my technician told me about that you should get the checked out!” So he was going to let me leave with a leaking transmission and not disclose that information to me. This only lead to more issue about my warranty coverage for a rental and how they were only gonna cover 2 days of a rental and I was responsible for the other two additional days it was gonna take them to fix my car. After threatening to speak to the supervisor they finally said they’d have my car done the next day no rental needed. He said guaranteed by 3pm so I show up at 3 during my lunch from work and what a surprise the paper work had not been processed so I had to wait 50 minutes to drive off when my car was parked and ready to go at 2:50 when my coworker and I drove on the lot. They proceeded to lie to us and say that the technician was still working on it that’s why it took so long but that was a lie because my car was parked outside ready to go at 2:50 when I arrived.

I was very disappointed with my sells rep Aaron N. I recently needed a piece of trim underneath my car replaced, I called to schedule an appointment. My rep said that they had the part in stock and that when I came in they could repair it in less than an hour. I come in a few days later, get checked in and we discussed pricing. The part was $150 that was ok and labor was going to be $100. As a full time college student, I opted for a payment plan for 3mo. They had me sit for almost two and half hours in the lobby to be told that they didn’t have the part. Frustrated from this point, I opted to pay for the part in advance to guarantee that the next time I come in it would be there. After discussing the payment, Aaron charges me for the full amount and then was very apprehensive about returning my funds due to it being extra work. The funds eventually were refunded. I come in a week later with a much better representative and she checks me in quickly and tells me that labor would be significantly cheaper than what Aaron quoted me. I will not work with that representative again, but everyone else is much better and give good customer service.

My experience with the Valley Hi Kia Service department has been great thus far. Liz has gone above and beyond to keep me updated on how each service is progressing and provides all the necessary information at the end including any recommended services. I’ve never felt pressured to get any service done but I prefer to keep on top of preventative maintenance so the details are greatly appreciated.

Total waste of time and money! They had my car for 5 days. They told me they hooked it up to their testing computer and had 2 mechanics take it out and look at it and there was nothing wrong. I got in it to take it home and immediately it acted up. I went back inside to complain and they said they could charge me another $200 to hook it up to their computer again! I took it to another mechanic - Freedom Auto repair. They found the crank shaft center position problems, worn spark plugs with large gaps, fuel induction needs service, the right front CV axle boot is spitting grease everywhere, the AC blower motor resister needs to be replaced, possibly needs rewiring (they will know more when they get into it) and the possibly new AC button asssembly. HOW DID VALLEY HI KIA MISS ALL OF THAT IN 5 DAYS??? Freedom Auto repair found all of this in less than 24 hours and I will have it back either today or tomorrow making the total time in repair less than 3 days. Valley Hi had 5 days and did NOTHING!!! Well, actually, they did do something, they charged me $200 to store it and take the same faulty vehicle home. This would be a great place to start a repair shop! They have all they need except for the brains!
