New to Victorville area and needed some car repair ASAP. Joey and his staff were friendly and professional. The work was completed quickly and the prices were amazing. Recommendations were made and options were provided. There was no deception and unnecessary services were not forced upon me because I am a woman. This is the first review I have ever written. I was inclined to because the service was top-notch and deserved 5-stars.

Mind you this is the owner. First he demanded that we pick the vehicle up on time (Friday) because nobody is picking up their vehicles on time or at all. We didn’t question this as we understand businesses do get busy even though it was a small job. His employee calls us saying they’ll call us back for a quote before they do the job (California has a law that states work can’t be done without verbal permission) so we wait for the quote. No call. Next day the owner Joey calls us saying the work is done this is the price. We never agreed to any work turns out they did extra work on the car and didn’t even do what we asked. And now it makes sense why people are unable to pick up their cars because they do extra work without their permission. They’re a scam and majority of the reviews and comments on here are fake. A full on set up

I had an oil change, cabin filter change , pollen cabin filter and air element. I was able to get things done in the mean time my car was getting fixed & the car runs great. I love the speedy and friendly service. I will definitely go back soon for a brake job and some other routine items I need done on my Honda Clarity.

I was out of town and my wife had a fuel problem with the car. Not many shops work on fuel systems in the high desert and I was also worried about her being taken advantage of. So I googled auto shops in the area. At first I was worried about some of the bad reviews but I decided to take a chance on them. I was happy I did. They asked questions about the problem and told me that they could do the service I just had to get the vehicle to them (which wasn't a problem). The dealership told my wife she would have to pay $1800 to fix the problem, other auto shops quoted her at $380-$450. Joey's were honest and quoted me $120. My wife called me a few hours later and happily told me she is driving home and the car was working fine. They even checked out the rest of the car free of charge. This made me rest easy. I'm thankful that they were able to help with our vehicle problem and we will use them again in the future. Classy honest business is very hard to find especially in the auto industry with everyone willing to steal money from you instead of just doing the right thing and doing business right. I'm glad I found Joey's Auto Repair

I called Joey, he gave me a quote over the phone. When I arrived to his shop he was able to take me in right away. Joey repaired my car while I waited. Not only did he provided me with fast service. When it was time to pay, his quote was slightly cheaper than what he quoted me over the phone. He also offer me my old part back that he had replaced. He is very honest, trustworthy and has a very professional clean shop. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for good service and fair pricing.

I came here to this place because my brakes where not working right and the abs monitor light on . Angel us a knowledgeable mechanic that works at the shop , he knows what he doing. I totally trust them. I had to return back I found out it was baking to the side because it need another part. They work fast and efficiently. I do agree though that prices are a little higher than usual but they guarantee their work and work fast.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Michelle at the desk went above and beyond, providing a truly remarkable level of customer service excellence. Given that my 1st gen Tundra needed a considerable amount of work (to me) - Timing cover, serpentine belt, timing chain, water pump, etc. - I expected to be stranded with a severe oil leak for ~2 days. Not at all! The team at Joey's, including the generous owner Eduardo, turned the service around in a mere 24 hours, despite having to order parts! I was so impressed with their expediency and care that I returned after the Christmas holiday and received a FREE tire rotation! There isn't enough space in this review to articulate the level of respect and admiration I feel for this shop in Victorville. THANK YOU for everything and I will see you all again soon.

Do not take your car to this shop. They have horrible professionalism when it comes to customer service. They had my car for well over a month & half to drop a complete engine in my car. They failed to call me to inform me of the status of my vehicle and to inform me of any additional parts the car might need. After a month & half of me calling them about my vehicle they informed me my car was ready and when i go to pick it up my car has been ransacked and my 2amps and subwoofer was gone and my $800 battery. All this after they charged me 4grand for the job. There crooked and to prove it before you do decide to take your vehicle to these guys do your research and look them up bbb (better business bureau)

The man Adam went out of his way to help us, we had our Rover overheat turned out to have a crack in the thermostat housing unit, he stayed open late for us to make it, then the next day personally picked us up at our hotel because we had our Large pitbull dog which the taxi here wanted to charge us 70dollars for a 3mile ride ,, Adam was awesome got us back in our rover by 3pm and may have cost more than we wanted but hey Rovers ain't cheap but I'll let yall know if we make it home with no Problems Stay turned 🤗🤗🤙🤙🤙

My car had an abs brake problem so i looked up the closest shop near me… and it was Joey’s Auto Repair… long story short they took care of me fast and got me back on the road…. one week later i and a check engine light on… so i quickly pulled back up and told them i had a driving test the following day and needed that repaired and they said ok and took care of the problem quickly… the following day i took my test and my car ran smoothly and yes i past my test🙏🏽😌 i appreciate joeys auto repair for going out their way to help me in time of need… i recommend them to anyone who needs professional help … just pull up and watch the magic💯

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Joey’s Auto Repair – Honest, Kind, and Truly a Blessing I had my 2014 Mercedes-Benz C250 repaired at Joey’s Auto Repair in Victorville, California, and it was one of the best auto shop experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first call, Jose treated me with patience, kindness, and respect. I was panicking about the cost, but he worked with me every step of the way. He found a transmission that brought my bill down by almost half and even helped me apply for a loan so I could afford the repair. The whole job took about a week, and while I was arranging the money, they were patient and never charged for storage or pressured me. When I went to pick up my car, Jose greeted me in person (a very nice young man with great hair!) and said he was grateful that I came in instead of having my car towed home. I had been out of tow services, so I got a ride up there myself, and I was so glad I did. He said he was happy to meet me in person, and I could feel his genuine kindness. I asked if I could give him a hug, and he said yes — that meant a lot to me. They truly took care of my car — my baby, Mercedes Love. Other auto shops told me I should just get rid of her, but Jose said, “No, it makes more sense to fix it. It’s more affordable to keep your car than start over with a new car note.” He was right. Now my car runs beautifully, and I’m driving without a car note! When I was $42 short picking up my car, Jose talked to his boss, and they waived that part of my bill so I could take my car home. That act of kindness meant the world to me. Joey’s Auto Repair is truly a diamond in the rough here in the High Desert — honest, compassionate, and straight-up.
