Worst experience I've ever had dealing with service on a brand new car! Almost 4 hours for an inspection and left with a dent in my door. No accommodations for waiting customers, bathroom closed several different times and 9 out of 10 women working had attitudes when asked something. Never again!

Service was very slow. It should not take 3 hours for a simple oil change & tire rotation with an appointment. First time to this location. I do not know if I will return. Especially after paying $80!

Disappointed that they no longer provide a comp car wash with service. My car was brought out as dirty as when I dropped it off yesterday. Having spent nearly $500 on repairs including $299 for a 12 volt battery. Very disappointed 😞

I went in to get my brakes done . Mind you my front brakes are still grinding just like before it’s as if they never fixed it , then they tell me oh you also need back brakes done , come to find out nothing is wrong with my back brakes (they made it up for more money and they never fixed my front brakes ). Now here is the juicy part , one time I went to Les Schwab for brakes but they gave me cheap brakes , so I called consumer affairs to get involved, I went to valley hi Honda to repair them but they told me “Oh you also need 1800 dollars worth of work on your car on top of the brakes . Consumer affairs looked at my car and told me “THEY ARE LYIN I checked your car and they made it up . Consumer affairs went up there to make sure they did my brakes correctly and that nothing else happened to my car . Do NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS. One lady sitting inside Valley Honda said she had a spouse who use to work there and he admitted that they make up problems that don’t exist to steal your money. She warned me to only go for oil change and nothing else .

Saturday 01/14/2024 I had my father bring in my vehicle to have an oil change while I was at work and they sent me a video of specific in detail of service they took care of and this is a thank you very much for taking take care my vehicle keep up the good work . Second time ive had to use valley hi service, for warranty issues with my 2020 civic si. And i dont know why i even gave them a second chance. Went in for my sunroof being stuck open. First of all was told i had to wait 2 weeks to get in. Ok i get it, is what it is so i scheduled an apointment. Even tho it was raining and rain and dirt was coming into my whole car. So after waiting for my apointment to come i show up and was told monday they would ‘try’ to get to it by friday, because there were cars ahead of me. So what was the point of waiting 2 weeks for an apointment just to have my car sit outside another week to get dirty inside. Whatever. I dropped it off they didnt have no loaner cars which again.. whatever at this point. A week goes by im having to drive my gas guzzling truck this entire time because they are taking so long. Between this i had to pick the car up because i have aftermarket seats and seatbelts so they didnt wanna be liable for removing and reinstalling those. So thats fine i remove it all, and take the car back. I finally get a call and was told the sunroof was installed and there was more broken pieces which needed more time… already losing my patience but it is what it is. Take care of it. I finally get my car back much longer than anticipated. Filthy as could be. Inside and outside. So i re install my seats. And have to re wire my dash camera and radar detecter because wires are hanging all over the place(which i was told i didnt have to remove any of that only my seats by the service manager) so i clean all that wiring back up. I have to look in my trunk to find the missing parts of my head liner handles and re installs those my self cause they were never installed at the dealer during this time, not to mention door seals were hanging off and clips were not fastened properly. But again. I fix it myself. I also got a free car wash pass. Which i thru in the trash cause i would never run my car thru an ‘auto car wash’ so i hand wash it the following day. To find a big scratch directly on my roof behind the sunroof where the work was performed. So upset with that for one, found another big scratch in my rear window tint. Aswell as driver side b pillar trim missing. And i take very good care of my cars interior and exterior. So i know 1,000% those scratches and missing parts were not already like that. So many issues that could have been so easily avoided. At this point i would have just fixed the car myself if i knew i was gonna have all these issues. I would

Terrible Experience I had an appointment scheduled for 9:40 AM and arrived 10 minutes early. I was told the maximum wait time would be 2 to 2.5 hours. After waiting the full 2.5 hours, I went outside to check on my car—only to find it still sitting exactly where I left it. I asked the staff about it, and they casually told me it would be another 45 minutes. That’s nearly 3.5 hours of waiting despite having an appointment. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. What’s the point of booking a time if you’re going to be ignored anyway?

I've never had such a nice experience at a service center. I have no complaints whatsoever. Melina helped me, and she was fantastic. Very pleasant to chat with, and was cool enough to help me with a spot that needed a little paint. The other folks there were awesome too. There was a woman in the lounge with her children, and her service person was awesome with the kids. The services I had done were a lot cheaper than I initially expected. I'd give em 6 stars if I could.
