Service took too long. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time before I could even fully check-in with a service representative. Just an oil change and tire rotation took two hours to perform. My total time at the dealership was over 2:30 hours. Longest I’ve ever needed to spend waiting for basic service.

I continue to have the same ongoing issue with my truck. The most recent visit to address the issue proved to be a waste of my time and appeared to me that the dealership service department was not willing to take the issue seriously enough to help me identify why it continues to be a problem.

This has been the easiest and best experience buying a car for us. Our Sales Rep, Darian Villamueva was such a great person to work with.
