So awesome! I didn't buy my car from Dartmouth but if the salesman are anything like the service people, I will definitely go there for next one!

I got a second hand Toyota and had no idea of its maintenance history. So I took it to Toyota for an oil change and 30 point safety check also a recall. Not super expensive compared to other garages great service and they actually so you what's wrong when there is something wrong

I was extremely happy with everything about Toyota of Dartmouth until they tried to sell me tires that I didn't need I was very disappointed and I couldn't trust them to handle my needs going forward . I believe that they intentionally deflated my tires to cause premature ware .

I have a 22 Tacoma with 35,800 miles I purchsed here that I brought in for a sticker and oil change. I was quoted a $1960 rack and pinion assembly leak fix. This is apparently a very common problem with these trucks but it is not under a recall and my tuck is slightly over warranty period. Absurd that such a new truck with low miles has this expensive of a problem. My wife's Honda with 110,000 miles has had less in repairs. Been a loyal toyota customer for years, and my wife was looking to switch from honda to Toyota. Will be going somewhere else for service in the future. *Making an edit to this review changing to five stars. The service manager called me and approved a Goodwill repair from Toyota corporate. Could not be happier with this level of service and repairing a known issue.

Service is pretty good for the most part. They are quick, efficient, and do a good job overall. However, they can be dishonest when recommending future services. I understand that when they have a slow month, the they will recommend services you do not need. For example, they recommended new hoses and brackets for my power steering when it did not need it at all. After bringing it to a second mechanic for another opinion, there was no leak detected in the power steering hoses. I was very upset when this was mentioned and will not be bringing my car back to Toyota of Dartmouth anymore. They also ran the codes on my vehicle when the check engine light came on and they said that it was the gas cap gasket causing the issue, where it was the evaporator that needed service. So in general, be careful before you have this place take care of anything serious. Basic maintenance items are fine, but go somewhere else for major repairs.
