My vehicle arrived on a Wednesday for service due to the radiator needing replacement. I was told by your representative Chassity in the service department that a diagnosis test would be done then I would get a text message about a follow-up. I never received a message. I had to continue calling before I received an updated. I was told my paperwork was closed out for whatever reason and another one had to be opened. My car was there almost one week without any work being done.I called my extended warranty company to find out no one ever called to get approval to fix my vehicle. Finally, I was told the radiator came in damaged and that my service representative was out sick. After calling several times speaking to different service representative Chassity then reply to a text message saying the part was damaged and another way being awaited. The service received was very UNPROFESSIONAL. IT DOESN'T TAKE OVER A WEEK TO FIX A RADIATOR. I THOUGHT TOYOTA WAS A VERY PLACE TO DO BUSINESS . IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAS I WAS TREATED. SIGN, UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Easiest car buying experience ever - literally 2.5 hours! Unheard of. I appreciate the knowledgeable, not pushy sales support from Nina and Bryce - the dream team! I got a fair deal for my trade and the right price for my new 4Runner. Everyone in the office from Michael the general sales manager to Peyton in finance was kind, friendly and knew their stuff. If you're in the market for a Toyota, this is your spot.

I just had the pleasure of dealing with a salesman named William (ask for the US Marine), and I also spoke with the sales manager, Mike. I will give both of them credit for making the entire experience very pleasant. In my experience, car salesmen and managers are overly pushy and disconnected from the needs of the customer. William was the exact opposite. He was respectful of my time restrictions, was professional, and was truly going out of his way to show me various options on the cars that I was interested in. Unfortunately, I have decided to go with another brand this time, as it was a better match for my particular needs. But, the next time I consider a Toyota, I will absolutely walk into Toyota of New Orleans and ask for the marine to assist me. 5 stars service and professionalism with both of the gentlemen that I spoke with today without a doubt.

My appt for a 20000 check was 930 & when I arrived I was told they were running 2 hours behind due to absent personnel. I would have appreciated an early call, when they knew about the problem, & both informed & given the chance to reschedule.

It took 8 hours and they still couldn't get all the paperwork done CORRECTLY and this was a CASH DEAL I HATE TO SEE WHAT PEOPLE WHO ARE FINANCING GO THROUGH. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE HERE AGAIN. THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING MORE THAN GETTING YOUR MONEY AND WASTING YOUR VALUABLE TIME.

Toyota of New Orleans was a great dealership to deal with. They were very prompt and courteous. They worked with me to generously lower the price of the vehicle and gave me an official purchase agreement with the out the door price all over the phone without having to visit the dealership. Once there, they were happy to continue to negotiate price and they continued to be fair with pricing. I worked with Nina Davis, Jermaine Youngblood, and Michael Edwards who were all very professional, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend working with Toyota of Corolla.

Do not buy a vehicle here unless you want to be constantly disappointed. It started when we put down a $500 deposit on a used vehicle, we show up after an almost 2 hour drive only to find out that they sold the vehicle we put a deposit on. They proceeded to bring out a different truck, that cost more. They would not budge much on the price even though it was their mistake. We decided to buy the truck, the original sale person was let go or fired and would not return the spare key. We were told they would get it from him and mail is the key so we would not have to make the drive again. Weeks & many calls later they finally tell us that we have to go back to get the key and have it programmed. We made the drive again and had an appointment. We were there waiting for 4 almost 5 hours from a mistake they made!! Customer service was rude! Continuing on, it’s time to get our license plate which they said they would mail. It’s 2 weeks now, multiple calls, rude customer service AGAIN and they have still not mailed our license plate. Completely disappointed in Toyota of New Orleans.

I went for a 5000 mile service (tire rotation, 16 point inspection, and fluid top off). On the way home my tire pressure light came on. I thought, who rotates tires without checking pressure? So, when I got home, I confirmed that my tires were not rotated (need repair on back passenger rim and this rim was still on my back right side). I called and spoke with Donnie, my service person who said he was told that my tires were rotated. Now I wonder if any service was done. I was there over 3 hours while they supposedly fixed 2 recalls. I can’t be sure any work was completed!!!

My sister just purchased a new Toyota Highlander Limited from Toyota of New Orleans, and I helped her through the process. Our sales associate, William(s), was straightforward and easy to work with — no pressure, just clear answers. The general sales manager, Mike, also stepped in and made sure everything went smoothly. Between the two of them, the deal was transparent, fair, and stress-free. We left feeling confident about the purchase. If you’re shopping for a new Toyota in New Orleans, ask for William(s) and Mike — they’ll take care of you.

I had a very positive experience working with this dealership on my purchase of a brand-new RAV4 Hybrid XLE. Michael and Terry in sales were phenomenal to work with. The pricing was transparent, and the transaction was smooth. Very happy customer!

I wish I didn’t have to write another review, but what happened next was genuinely dangerous. After picking up my truck from Toyota of New Orleans, I immediately started getting warning messages like “Braking Power Low” and “Parking Brake Malfunction.” The truck did not feel safe to drive at all. I took it straight to another repair shop, and that’s when things got alarming. They found that the left rear brake pads were missing, which caused damage to the caliper and rotor. I was told this could have led to a complete brake failure if I had continued driving. I want to be clear — I didn’t touch the brakes myself, and the truck went directly from the dealership to another shop. Finding missing brake pads after a dealership visit is unacceptable and dangerous. Everyone I dealt with was polite, but politeness doesn’t make up for releasing a vehicle in an unsafe condition. This could have ended very badly. I hope management takes this seriously and looks into how this happened, because no customer should ever be put in this situation.

Very poor service visit. What should have been quick 15-20min oil change and tire rotation took an hour, even though scheduled. Then service dept pushed unnecessary maintenance services of $1k on a vehicle I bought new less than a year ago but this was st visit off warranty. Finally, leaving lot had a low oil pressure alarm because the oil change wasn’t done right - had to turn around on EV mode to try and avoid permanent damage to the motor (remains to be seen), and service staff declined request for comp-ing the incorrect oil service. Will not be returning.

My family had a very disappointing experience with Toyota of New Orleans. My mother purchased a vehicle from them in November 2025 after being assured by their finance manager, Kevin O'Brien that it was a good, reliable car. He was also supposed to be a friend, but that ended up being false. Only about two weeks later, the vehicle began leaking oil and experiencing mechanical problems. When my mom contacted the dealership, the Fixed Operations Director, Travis Bath agreed to help and had her sign a written agreement stating that Toyota of New Orleans would cover half of the repair cost and she would pay the other half. She agreed and signed the document in good faith. Unfortunately, communication from the dealership was extremely slow, often taking a week or longer to respond. After my mom left a review expressing frustration about everything she has gone through so far, the dealership suddenly told her they would no longer honor the written agreement and would not pay anything toward the repairs. It is very concerning that a dealership would put an agreement in writing and then back out of it simply because a customer left an honest review about their experience. At this point, no resolution has been offered. Because of this situation and the written agreement that was not honored, we are currently seeking legal counsel regarding the matter. I strongly recommend that anyone doing business here make sure every promise and agreement is fully documented and protected. Attached is the agreement the Fixed operations director wrote out and made her sign, and stapled his buisness card to.
