I had a really good experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They did several repairs on my vehicle, some of which other places weren’t capable of doing. Mike and Alex were both wonderful to work with. They made sure everything was done well and even offered to drive me home after I dropped off my car. I’m not sure of the names of the other mechanics who worked on my car but they did a great job, it drives just like before it started having problems. if it’s anything major, go somewhere else. My vehicle sat for a year with promise after promise it would be finished. I needed my transmission replaced and instead of saying they couldn’t do it, they just lie and keep it for ever and ever. Wouldn’t give a refund either. Don’t waste your money or time. Don’t take your car here!! It’s just awful. They have major issues with the staff and management and in turn, your car will sit for 2+ years like mine did. Don’t do it! I called several times and every time I did he would answer my questions or just listen to my concerns and never made me feel bad about anything. Look I seen bad reviews I seen good reviews ,but that’s across the board with transmissions,I get it it sucks to have one go out,I knew mine was having problems They broke it down and showed me cost me up front ,I wouldn’t pull a transmission and break it down without a charge,and then what if someone says their not fixing it ,yeah I’m ok with This up front charge,anyway they found the problem,decided because of damage I could get a trans with a 3 year warranty,they ordered Put it in 3 days later I’m rolling down the road, All good still I have no negatives for this company only positive,good job TCOA★★★★★ 4 months ago

My car was low on trans fluid after radiator replacement and so I brought it here, charged me $97.02 for “half hour of labor” and the ol’ boy said the car was good. It was actually not good. Took the car to RT Clapp on Magnolia Ave, they added 1 quart of trans oil and charged $44.67 and now the car drives like it’s supposed to.★☆☆☆☆ 4 months ago

By far the worst experience with a mechanic shop I have ever had. My car has been at their lot on and off for 2.5 years. They have put 3 different motors in my car and my problem to this day is still not fixed. I have paid over 7,000 dollars and have not been able to keep my car for over 2 weeks.
