Matt and Sarah and the entire staff have always treated me like Family since I started going to TRC. It’s simply the best shop around. The work ethic is above and beyond. Matt is always so honest and to the point. I love my Subaru and going to TRC. I highly recommend them as they are honest, kind and It’s simply fun to be there.

TRC lives up to its name as The Right Choice. After complete frustration of my old mechanic's shop never picking up the phone and constantly getting an answering machine I knew it was time to find a new place. First time I called TRC the phone was answered on 2 rings. That was a great start. I went in and Matt and Sarah were very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Matt explains the repairs in Layman's Terms which is a huge plus. They have been keeping my 12 Subaru with well over 100k miles running like a clock. They do what's needed and never try to bulldoze you into a repair that benefits their bottom line. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

Matt and his team are amazing. We were looking for a safe and reliable car for my son. Matt checked over a few cars we brought in for him to inspect and the 3rd car he checked he gave us the green light. Matt ensured that the car was safe for my son to drive. He explained everything that he fixed and even made sure I knew the power behind this car so I can speak to my son about it. Highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone looking for, most importantly, excellent workmanship. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a few emergency needs and they fit me into their busy schedule. The office is very welcoming and you will be charmed by their two beautiful golden retrievers. I’ve never been disappointed with their service!

This is a long review but worth reading. I can’t say enough about the length these people will go to to give the best quality service possible. My car needed a substantial repair in Highland 600+ miles from my home. They did the work but Matt told me it “wasn't a happy car” and he me the next morning thought there was till something going on. The next day it showed itself, so I returned to TRC. Matt found the problem and told me they’d have the parts and make the repair the next day - the day I planned to leave at the crack of dawn and head home. Matt called the next morning, twenty minutes before they open, and said I was “All set.” He told me he had the dealership open early to get the parts. All this is to say that if they were in my home town they would be the only shop that would work on my cars. And I would make sure everyone I knew patronized their business, too. They are amazing! Thank you, TRC, from the bottom of my heart.

My experience with TRC was wonderful! Two days before my daughter’s graduation from West Point, her car started making concerning sounds. After graduation, she had to make a 14 hour drive to Tennessee where she was getting married. I explained the problem and the situation to TRC. They were friendly and sympathetic, getting us in immediately to check out the problem. I got a call first thing in the morning and they had already diagnosed the problem. It allowed us to have peace of mind, enjoy graduation, and get her safely back to Tennessee for her big day. I can’t say enough about their friendliness, professionalism, and integrity. Thanks TRC!!

Our family takes all our cars to TRC. They are super honest, fairly priced and do a great job. In fact, my daughter was away at school and had to have a wheel bearing replaced. She came home and needed another one replaced, which TRC did. The prices were almost identical so as a parent, her having two amazing mechanics is wonderful and one less thing to worry about! Oh and we love that they text. 😊

This has been such a wonderful experience at a car repair shop. They were so helpful and able to communicate effectively about what was wrong with the car. The waiting room is so comfortable and the staff are absolutely lovely. Reasonable prices and very good at explaining what is needed to be done and how much it will cost. Also, very inclusive as an autism parent it is so special walking into somewhere and feeling accepted. 100% recommend going here and will be coming back for any future car repairs!

We took our vehicle to this facility recently due to a concern over a possible issue with some motor mounts. We originally changed 2 of the mounts but were concerned that all 4 needed doing so we scheduled to have the two remaining ones done. Upon entering for our appointment we were greeted by a welcoming committee of 2 beautiful & friendly dogs (We could see returning here just for some emotional therapy from these 2 love bugs). The mechanic looked at it & reported everything was fine & that being it's a handicapped accessible vehicle is the reason the dynamics of the engine mounting were purposely changed to accommodate the modifications. We were impressed with the honesty and time he took to explain everything to us & that when it came time to pay the bill he said don't worry about it. This place has made me a customer for life. Very friendly. I highly recommend this place. On a final note. We struggled with wanting to give them 5 stars but the entrance is not totally accessible for all wheelchair users (particularly those with weak upper body strength or in a power wheelchair). If they correct this issue we will change them to 5 stars. Update 8-16-24: TRC is now fully accessible after their recent modification to the entryway. Thank you TRC.

I've been going to TRC exclusively since they opened up many years ago, for all maintenance on my 2010 Honda Civic. Matt, Sarah, and their team have provided excellent service to my Honda over the years, for a reasonable price. They are honest, trustworthy, skilled, friendly, and just about any other positive quality you could want in a mechanic. Plus they have some very friendly dogs onsite who greet me whenever I show up :) Some examples of TRC's excellence: 1. My car engine overheated after I missed a radiator leak, and the engine block cracked. Matt and his team attempted to repair it, but it ultimately didn't stick, and the car broke down again a week or so later. Matt had the car towed back to TRC free of charge, and at no additional cost, they replaced the entire engine with a pre-used engine (with 50k less miles than my engine had), in just a few days. This was many months ago and there has been no trouble since. 2. My car broke down and was towed to a different local mechanic. They found nothing wrong with the car, and drove it back to my apartment the next morning. The car quickly had trouble again, and we were able to get it to TRC. In about 2 minutes Matt came out and identified the issue (bad alternator), and had it fixed for me the next day. 3. When I moved from my apartment to my first home, the next time I went in for maintenance they gave me a congratulatory card, and a gift card to Lowes.
