I own a Subaru Outback, and when the check engine light came on, I called Treasure Valley Subaru. The service department scheduled me right away. The technician I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful, quickly understanding the issue I was experiencing. They went above and beyond to work with me and were able to get the repair covered under warranty—so I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. I really appreciated the excellent service and support. I’ll definitely return for future maintenance and when it's time to upgrade my vehicle.

I’ve worked with a previous Subaru advisor for the last 7 years and was very nervous moving away and finding a new Subaru advisor. After having a bad experience at Larry H Miller Subaru, I took my car in for a dead battery. I thought all they could possible recommend would be a new battery, instead I was told I needed almost $2k of work on the car. I was shocked, the car had just been in for maintenance and was good to go when I left the state. I went to Treasure Valley Subaru for a second option, Ben was hands down such a blessing, he was amazing! He took the time to show me around the location, showed me how dark my fluids were getting and spoke to me as friend when it came to advising what I actually needed. He said it actually looks really good, checked everything they recommended before, he said he could tell I take care of my car and had no recommendations for maintenance at this time. I felt so much better at the end of the appt, happy to have found my new Subaru home ❤️

This has been the best place to buy a car!! Every time I need to come in for service they are fast and efficient , kind and professional!! I always leave feeling completely taken care of!!! Most places you go to for service you feel like a number but these gentlemen take care getting to know you and your vehicle so when you come in you are not having to explain a situation more then once. Thank you Subaru service center for being amazing!! This is my very first Subaru and I do not see myself owning any other type of vehicle again! I grew up a Chevy girl and swore I would never change but I got talked into test driving my beautiful car and I haven’t looked back since. Oh and they have a pretty nice waiting area with snacks waters and a nice little coffee drink station that makes a variety of delicious coffees and decaf drinks.

I got my car here with warranty and I have had a wonderful experience start to finish! The employees are good at their job but they are more than that, they act human and their service is always high quality. I’ve been to other dealerships and they are trash compared to this place! I love Treasue Valley Subaru Service Dept. We've been in multiple times and it's always the same people there to help us. They are always friendly and courteous. They are willing to take time to explain things so you understand and are able to have an "advanced conversation" with my husband.
