Do not take your vehicle here if you do you will have to re clean your vehicle again yourself we took our truck there for a full detail and it was a big disappointment the window looked like a kid did it with a dirty rag and looked like they use a dirty rag on the hole truck and when we pointed out what was wrong all we got was a attitude they lower the price but should have been for nothing since we have to reclean the truck don't see how this place is still in business there is a different in trying to do your job right and just not giving a damn all about the money and how many cars you can get done in a day will never be back again

Tri-City just finished my 2018 Hyundai Tuscon. They did a fantastic job....the outside is spotless,...had a few scratches...GONE!!!...tires look perfect!!!...ENGINE 100% clean!!!...INSIDE...WOW!!! Leather waxed!!!...carpet is spotless...even waxed my Weather Tech mats in front and in the cargo hold!! Every nook and cranny looks BRAND NEW!!! Best $150 spent EVER!!!! I recommend these guys with NO RESERVATIONS!!!!!

I was getting my Fiesta hatchback ready to sell and took it in for the showroom package. It looks great. I’ve tried detailing my own car in the past, but the amount of money I spent on cleaning supplies and the time I spent just wasn’t worth it, and it didn’t look nearly as good as it does now. Leave it to the professionals at Tri-City Auto Detailers. They worked me in on short notice even though it was already a busy day, and it’s obvious that they didn’t rush or skimp on any details. They even found some personal belongings I left in the car and put them in a protective plastic bag while cleaning. The interior, exterior, and even the engine all look sparkling new. I couldn’t be happier.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star rating. I took my car there to get a “showroom” cleaning and when I picked it up it looked like my leather had been spray painted a different color. I have a Lexus with light leather so it is very noticeable. As you can see in the pictures below my leather is now ruined and we took it back for them to look at, and they didn’t do much to help. We are now trying to figure out how to clean my leather after spending $150 for them to ruin it.

I don’t often post reviews, but felt compelled to acknowledge the quality work these guys did on an interior detail of my wife’s minivan. After 3 yrs with 3 young kids destroying the car, I thought it would never look good, but after a trip to Tri-City Auto Detailers, the interior looked better than the day I bought it! Price is very reasonable, highly recommend!

We booked the “showroom package” for a complete detail of the used vehicle I purchased, after getting it home and looking around, they mostly did a surface cleaning. not a actual detail. Still dirt and grime in between the crevices of the seats and around the gear shifter. Also you would think a professional detail company would know how to clean seats with a airbag in them, now my airbag light is on as well which is a $120 fee at the dealer. I would not recommend this company, there is definitely better out there.

Took my car to get cleaned by Matt and he did an amazing job. I even ended up accidentally hitting a curb and popping my tire and he stayed late to help my dad and make sure I was on the road again. An honest genuine man that I’m very grateful for. Glad there are still good people around. Thank you Matt!

Would give them negative stars if possible. Horrible cleaning job. My seats were soaked and ended up with mildew on them. Visible dirt after the showroom "cleaning" package. Animal hairs on the back of the rear seat. Unbelievably poor job.

They did a great job on my car. Even though it's a 10 year old car and not particularly stylish, they were careful and thorough and quick. It felt really good to drive it home all clean and shiny. And they are really nice people, too!

When we first got the car back we thought it looked great...it appeared that they had done a good job shampooing the seats, polishing the dash, and washing the windows...but unfortunately, upon closer inspection, we discovered that they hadn't vacuumed the car out before shampooing it! The carpet was still full of stinky (and now slightly damp) dog hair and the seats had several large handfuls of garbage in the cracks. We even found a dried up tater tot next to the passenger seat and a moldy French fry in the back seat! This was a used car, we recently bought at auction, and the previous owners had trashed the inside. We really weren't expecting it to be 'like new' when we got it back but we were definitely disappointed that more care had not been taken for the price we paid.

Took an old truck in to them to have the interior detailed and it seems they did the carpets and seats and then sprayed some greasy finishing product over all the plastics and didn’t even clean a lot of the inside. It’s only a standard cab pick up. And was charged 80$ for a job that I could’ve done better at myself for free. I took it to them because I thought they were professionals. Will not be visiting again and would recommend cleaning your own vehicle before taking it here.

Got my truck detailed came back smelling like cat pee took truck back to get fixed of the smell and all that was done was doors being left open had to treat my car myself and my battery pack charger was stolen out the vehicle

We went to ohio and of course it snowed and when we finally got home it was so salty and nasty and I called the day I had hubbys truck to surprise him, they fit it in that day for me and did an amazing job. I wish I would have taken a before and after ! This was a quick wash and they did awesome. We have also done the full detail also on both our vehicles and they did amazing! The prices can not be beat !!!

I hate leaving negative reviews but this was very disappointing. There was towel fuzz all over everything and so much left not cleaned as can be seen in these photos. So much armor all was lathered all over; it got into the o/d button, caused it to stick, and almost made me crash. The people are friendly and act like they truly want to be helpful. But the work is subpar and very disappointing.

Before hiring them, my car was a mess: food everywhere, puddles of grease in cupholders (my sister isn't allowed to eat in my car now), animal hair, copious amounts of dirt and grime, etc. I couldn't get it clean at car washes and when I got pregnant I couldn't even attempt that. I wanted my car to be completely clean before my daughter is born so I decided to get my car detailed. After calling a few places I decided that this place was top of the list. My husband and I went by the shop and the man we spoke to was so nice and helpful, and very patient when answering questions. I was able to schedule a drop-off for the showroom Condition Package ($125, before tax), and they were professional. I honestly had a bit of doubt about it after seeing some of the reviews, but after picking up my car 6 hours after dropping it off, I was amazed! It looked like a brand new vehicle (interior and exterior) and didn't have any sort of chemical/cleaner smell. There was a speck of shampoo on the seat but I just wiped it off, no problem. I've recommended them to my mom and friends and if I ever needed to get my car detailed again I would go to Tri-city Auto Detailers first! I highly recommend them above all others in the area.
