Great car wash. They pay attention to details all the time. Jose is just the best. Always takes the time to make sure you get exactly what you ask for. I am never disappointed with how my cars come out.

The whole experience was weird, I pulled up to a young man ready to work and out come an elderly man barking orders for the young man to work then he tells me " pay here pay here" so I pay and go inside. The old man comes inside and starts to bark orders at another person to trash this and trash that I wait outside when my car makes it thru the machine and the old man comes out and tells the guys to both do my car to make it " look like they are working" they say this in Spanish thinking I don't speak it but I do Car was was ok, not great for 37 dlls. I understand now why they have little business, I wont be back. It was my first time going to this business

I had two expired Groupons for this place that says the value I paid never expires but the manager refused to honor. Shady. Edit: Response to owner. I have read the fine print. I asked for a credit on the amount I paid and was not given it. So a $5.99 express car wash should have been 99 cents which I offered to pay. Whoever the lady at the register called on the phone to ask about it refused any credit. Sounds like you need to talk to your people and apologize.

Zero wait at 315 pm. $6 for basic wash. Friendly and hard-working staff. Car looks great. Whatever problems they may have had in the past appear to have been worked out. Except for Groupon users who don't read the fine print. We'll be back!

They ran my car into the wall! I paid $49.00 for a hand wash and specifically told them not to run it through the machine. They said they understood! Then they left the car in drive while on the conveyor and it shot into the wall! The owner didn't even have the balls to call me back!

I could have tolerated the very long wait if they had an air conditioned place to wait. They don't tell you when you pay outside that they have no AC inside (they have always had it in the past - no idea if it is broken or they just don't want the expense). I won't be back.

I came into town to sell my dad's car for him. Car hadn't been driven in 3 months and had thick dust on it from rain/wind storms. They got the car right in and cleaned it inside and out. It looks so good he doesn't want to sell it now :) The employees are extremely nice and did a great job.

They always do a great job when detailing my car here. Will always go to them when I need my car wash! The guys who dry the cars are also extremely nice and hard working. Make sure you tip them because they work hard!

Unfortunately, I had had my car washed here last Thursday evening as I had to go out of town for a few days. I was told the vaccum was out of order, but they would take care of the car, inside and out, for the $28 bucks. I asked specifically to have the INTERIOR windows cleaned well. That was agreed to by the person who took my payment. When I got into the car and left, I realized that they did not do the windows. Not even the side view mirrors were cleaned off. I got to my house and just cleaned them myself and figured I would talk to the owner this week. I went back today (Tuesday) and asked to speak with the owner, who happens to be a resonable gentleman. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told he comes in when he wants to. I spoke with another female who then started arguing with me about the service and stated that the car was cleaned. She kept insisting that they cleaned the outside of the car. "Umm, you missed the interior and side view mirrors." And she got ruder. Not once was an offer of apology made, nor any type of customer service oriented conversation that would have at least not had me write this review. Instead she was rude - I just gave her my card and said, "have the owner call me." She tells me he's out of town. Time for a new car wash provider.

Don't waste your time going here. I paid for the 'hand wax', which was essentially them spraying some cleaning solution on my car...which didn't at all help the fact that they scratched the hood and roof of the car incredibly badly. It looks like it was washed with sandpaper. Car washes take 30-45 minutes because no one works there. It's not because they're working hard on cleaning your car -- they might as well have not even bothered vacuuming my car.

Owner beware. I've got a one-time free car wash code (for first timer). Code was sent to my phone. Good for 10 days. But when I drove up, the code was not accepted by the on site manager. I flashed the text message to him. Still, no can't do. He wanted me to pay... I left and went to another car wash nearby. I am spreading the tsunami gospel for this ancient "switch and bait" tactic. It's been a while since I last fell for it.

I always go to the tsunami car wash great work they do. NOT this time door jams not wiped, seats in back not wiped and didn't vacuum the back of the suv. I even had to ask the attendant to wipe the rims after he dressed the tires.

Came with my friend who has the unlimited car wash for $20.99/t. Staff was friendly and attentive. He received top notch service and they wipe down the car. Very friendly. Iâm guessing itâs because he gives them a $5 tip?? đ

I went here today for the first time if you get my car washed. I am so displeased at how badly the windows were cleaned. It was filthy. I paid for the deluxe and inside wipe down. As I was driving off I noticed how dirty my windows were. Streaks and dirt inside and out.

The employees are great, however, the accommodations are awful. I spent $30 on a car wash and had to sit in 110° heat. There is no working air conditioning. Had I known this before I would not have stayed. Iâm sure this is not a one day thing. The owner needs to update and quit being so cheap. Customers deserve to at least sit in air conditioning while they take $30 of your money to wash your car. It seems nothing works well there.

During the past many years I always had my car cleaned, washed there. It was fast, reasonable. The waiting area , a shop was loaded with items drivers may buy. After missing a few months, yesterday I had to go. First the price was more than 50% more than before. The store was empty. There was no car before me, still I had to wait for an hour to have it done. There was a car blocking me, asked the employee to move it. He didn't speak one word in English. This was the last time there.

Jose was a huge help and made the whole experience easy and gave me cost breakdown of everything. He continue to ask me what exactly was I looking to get and if I didnât know he would offer some advice on each different wash. The Sunday morning staff on 2/23/25 in the morning at 10am did a terrific job on my car! Thank you for making it easy and making me feel like I got my moneys worth unlike a lot of other âpremiumâ car wash businesses here, definitely a cut above the rest!

Typical high priced Palm Desert Car Wash. The wait is long from check in until final. Good job cleaning car and wipe down is good. Seem understaffed. Inside of the building needs some good detail housekeeping. Trash on floor, unorganized, empty cups all along window ledges, unkept..
