My entire experience from calling to inquire if they could diagnose my cooling system leak to dropping off my vehicle to having them pick me up nearby to pick up my vehicle the same day, everything was exceptional. Pablo checked me in and Seth checked me out assisting me with using their amazing financing option with Snap. I didn't have to pay anything upfront, I only need to make my monthly payments. I really like the email I received with my recommended repairs that I could approve and sign. Extremely fair and honest advice is a rare thing in auto repair nowadays. I highly recommend Tuffy!

1st time taking our Lexus for service. They offer oil change with free tire rotation. They did NOT do the tire rotation as promised and lied about it. While doing the oil change spilled oil all over the exhaust manifold without cleaning it so oil burned and smoked for days after the service. While servicing the vehicle they removed the top plastic engine cover, lost one of the rubber mounting grommets leaving the cover loose. Highly disappointed, won't be going back.
