damaged my paint on wheels and knocked my antennae clean off my truck . got kids in there with no clue what they’re doing. too rough. barely dry the vehicle. go up the street.

No issues with this place. Reasonably priced compared to others in the area. If you want something done just ask or ask them to redo it they will. Just because they speak another language sometimes doesn't mean they don't understand you.

I use to like this place till yesterday.. the two guys that vacuum my car STOLE my money I had in the middle console and left only one dollar. I had at least 40 in singles and 5 Just be careful when you leave money in there they will steal it. It happen twice and the first one I didn’t think it was them but after leaving there yesterday I realize my money was gone again.

Everything was ok until I noticed they scratch the whole inside of my car by the floor boards I went back to show them and they had every excuse in the book as to why they couldn't have done this. I have never had my car detailed before.It was very obvious it was done by something scraping the sides of the interior like a vacuum and they just laughed and tried to tell me that everything was done professionally but they had like 5 ppl in my car. I wouldn't have been so upset but they lied. I will definitely be calling the bbb.. worst experience ever!!

The BEST car wash I’ve ever seen in my life. HAND wash, wax, in/out you pick. Absolutely meticulous with every part. You can pay $17 for a TOP wash WITH a hand spray and wipe wax at end tires, etc.... Same $17 for a Silver exterior at “Personal Touch Car Wash” in Milford with new owners and staff is awful! Go to Two Brothers, and I assure you, you won’t regret. I drive 20 minutes from Milford fir it when Personal Touch is one minute from my house. Enough said!!! Beyond impressive!

Amazing job, super kind when I pulled up, I asked them to NOT vacuum certain areas because I thought a sentimental necklace may be lost in seats & only to vacuum floor.... they went above & beyond, a guy told me they reversed vacuum to blow out interior to see if my pendant would turn up! My car smells back to New, sparkles again & they do most care of car paint job type of wash.

Tried this hand wash for the first time a couple days ago and I was a little wary as it's behind a gas station, but I took my Tesla Model 3, and I'll definitely be back. I spent a little more money and got the Soggy Shine wash that was a full wash with an express detail and wax and the car looks great. I have to give extra kudos and praise to Marvin (I believe that was his name - the manager) as he stopped me from leaving and did a quality check on how his staff did with the wash and wax, and was unhappy with some of the results that he personally grabbed some towels to correct it and showed the staff what was missed as a training/teaching moment. Lots of respect to this team for their hard work, especially in the hot temperatures. I'll be back with my other car! Thanks 5 Stars!

I work using my own car and after a month the car was filthy. Two brothers car wash made the car like new ! They disinfected the interior then cleaned and treated all the inner surfaces including the seats. They have all the right tools to clean every nook and cranny. I paid, including $15 tip $65 total for a job that in detail shops would have cost me $200. Five stars, very happy

I have a large truck and was charged $73 dollars for a wash, spray wax and interior clean. The interior was done well but the exterior was not. They literally left dirt spots, bug splatter and bird droppings on the surface. When I tried to communicate the problem with the people that were there no one spoke English. I am very disappointed for the quality of the work compared to the price paid for the service. I would not return to have my truck washed there again.

The wash was decent, but the guy who was supposed to wipe the car down didnt put on the spray wax that I paid for and did a terrible job putting the tire shine on. I got home and it looked like I didnt even get the tire shine.
