I called last minute when I got off work because I got off kinda late around 6:00 , they were still available . They replaced all my brakes and discovered that my brake caliper was also no good . They went to the store replaced that to on the spot . I would recommend these guys to anyone!!!! They did a great job and timing was perfect wasted no time!!!

I 100% recommend Ty’s Auto World- I needed my wheel bearing changed but was turned away from multiple mechanics due to my truck having “wheel spacers”. I found Ty on google and was told immediately that this is something he could help me with! Ty did a fantastic job and communicated with me throughout the time he worked on my truck. My car had been stalling and stopping on the road and I had just bought my car from Fletchers Auto, 2 days prior. I was so concerned and upset because I thought my car was done for, but Ty told me different! I went in around 5 pm to have him check out my car and see what the problem was and by 8 o’clock, he went and bought the parts I needed and fixed my car up for me AND at a reasonable price. You can’t beat a mechanic like this! He was very kind and helpful, he made sure he showed me every step and made me feel very comfortable as a woman because i don’t know much about cars. Real Talk, best service I’ve ever had. I have an Audi and sometimes I’m concerned about services when no at a European Car specific mechanic. Also, First thing is… I had the nerve to call at 4pm on a Saturday wanting to get my car looked at and hopefully fixed before the work week on Monday. Thankfully I was still able come through. When I arrived he inspected the vehicle and immediately I didn’t feel like I had to worry. He was so direct, clear and confident with his understanding as he asked me about how and why my engine light came on. As he took care of everything he made sure I understood the what and why of what I needed done and my options. Also I was welcomed and treated so well as a customer while I waited. I’m not going anywhere else. It’s like going to the Barbershop everything from the people the service and the time spent well matters. That’s what I got at Ty’s Auto World.

I was on vacation and my turbocharger needed to be replaced. Ty's Auto world was the only shop open and they went above and beyond and getting my car fixed so I could be back on the road as soon as possible. They ordered the part and got it put on my car as soon as it came in and I was on the road again to finish up my vacation. They were professional respectful and reasonably priced especially with the circumstances and me being out from out of town. Whether you live there or you're from out of town I recommend if you need any auto work done coming here. He even took the time to reach back out to me a couple days later just to check in and see how everything was going and that I was enjoying my vacation. They went above and beyond and I'm so grateful for them and their service.

I had my car repaired by Ty, after having it evaluated at a different auto shop for 4 days, who finally said I needed a new transmission. I spoke to Ty on the phone to get a second opinion and he was skeptical that a new transmission was necessary. Ty helped coordinate a tow over to his shop, which was so much easier than the service my roadside service sent. He kept me informed the entire time, showed me the old/new parts, and my car in various stages of disassembly to show he was doing the work. He also discovered there was no evidence the first shop thoroughly checked at the car, or performed the tests they said they had. He was able to fix the issues, and repair my car for a fraction of what the first auto shop quoted, in 2 days. I was anticipating not having the car for weeks. He was transparent with the problems, and was very responsive. Highly recommend!
