I've known and have been friends with Russell Henderson for more years than I can count, his business has a stellar reputation,and the name of his business speaks for itself, Quality paint and body ,honest and fair pricing, and top of his league craftsmanship and work. You should go by and ask to speak with Russell and let him and his staff take care of your paint and body needs, also he does specialty paints and designs. We sent a 99 Lexus es300 to get inspected. it failed the paper test. Apparently they put a piece of paper in between trunk lid and close the trunk lid on it then they pull it out if it comes out it fails inspection. Quality Paint and Body was recommended to us. We sent the car out there. Dropped it off in the evening picked it up the next afternoon. Sent it to inspection that Friday passed without a any problems. Thanks for a Quality job. Terrible overall. Replaced my bumper with the wrong color bumper. Told me it came like that factory and being a paint and body shop I would think they would fix it. Was 3 days late on my car and my paint job has scratches all over it. Manager said they may have used after market parts and he doesn't know what goes on in the shop when he's not there. Got excuses galore. Please go elsewhere with your business.

Every time something was being “repaired” there was always something else broken from their doing. Took the vehicle back for them to fix their damage two times. After test driving it the from the third time, the front right tire came off the car while driving. The initial repairs had nothing to do with the front and back tire lug nuts being loose. And at the end of the day the body work was still not “quality.” HORRIBLE 1000% do not recommend

On behalf of my aunt who is elderly Loretta Griffin I am posting this review on top quality Paint And Body concerning my aunts 2005 Chevrolet avalanche it’s terrible how bad these people are with their professionalism they are inexperienced they don’t fix anything properly. My doors are uneven hard to close due to the accident. She has issues going on. She took it back two times to get repairs done on things that they screwed up six months later, same problems now my own spinning lots of money trying to get electrician to figure out what they crossed up with her wiring. My next step is to direct my aunt to the Better Business Bureau because these people shouldn’t be in business. The reviews they got are terrible, but my aunt didn’t know where she was taking her truck being so trusted by people who betray their customers now they don’t have too many words for her when she asked them to correct the problems. It’s amazing how businesses like this try to run over elderly people, women, and even men in general that don’t have knowledge on how to handle these kind of manners with these type of unprofessional people so please anybody who read this review please do not take your automobile to top quality in Augusta Georgia. One comes before destruction. I didn’t mean to give them not even want star for recommendation or credit but in order to get this post through I had to put one star at least out of the five stars rating, so just know the start I put on here is not for recommendation is just because they wouldn’t let me go through the process without doing so

One time it took months for them to replace a hood, bumper and radiator after someone backed up into my old car. I was already annoyed it took literally months but when I got it back the paint on the new parts was already bubbling. As well as clay all inside my old car. I kept that thing spotless. There is even grease on the buttons and steering wheel. Kind of glad they popped up under a sponsor ad cuz I never gave a proper review of their "cheap" "quality" work those years back 🤢 At best their work is fixing up beaters and trucks 🤣

I am satisfied with the work they did on my Infiniti M35 my passenger door and rear view mirror was torn off...they did a good job on it......took about a month and a half to get it done and had to call periodically to see when it was finished...good work and reasonable prices.

First off I want to say Thanks to Russell and his crew for getting my 2017 Ford Fusion back on the road. I had wreck my car in April and every body shop I called was backed up including Quality Paint and Body. I finally got my car back last Thursday after 3 months but what I like about Russell and his crew the always kept me informed about what was going on with my car. Russell even went out his way to get my insurance company to pay for a windshield that I didn't know was cracked. I will definitely use Quality Paint and Body again.

Absolutely terrible paint job done on 19 F150. Dirt and debris under paint and clear coat. Gouges in paint. Delayed for 3 weeks due to " needing to repaint hood and fender due to blemishes ". Also didn't complete work. Also put wrong refrigerant in my AC. 100% do not recommend!

I am so pleased with the repairs to my car. Friendly, polite and respectful staff. After repairs they even cleaned my car. All repairs have a lifetime warranty. Oh I saved some cash too! Thank you!!!!! See my before and after pictures. If Google did not send emails about reviews I've done I wouldn't had thought I was able to update my review. The paint and body work was decent however paint began to peal off the areas that had been repaired after a year. I mean peal ugly! Had I not gotten rid of the vehicle I would have gone back to complain. Think I'll stick with Kendrick Paint and Body from now on.
