Wonderful experience. What stuck out most to me is the honesty of the mechanic. He checked my car out came and told me i actually didnt need some of the services that I thought i needed. Took my 08 Lincoln to have a cooling fan replaced. Dropped it off last night after they closed, and I was very happy to get a phone call early this morning to talk about what was needing to be looked at. They later called back to inform me of what work needed to be done, how much it would cost. Everyone was very nice, the job was done the same day, and the pricing was very reasonable for parts and labor... I will be looking to bring back my vehicle in the near future to have more work done, so happy to have a new shop I can trust sense moving to Ga.

Needed a tire replaced and arrived at opening time. The tire was installed quickly and professionally by Igbal a mechanic. He was very professional and let me know what was going on. Everyone was very courteous and I got the impression this store was looking out for me. David the sales manager was a tremendous help. I'm not used to such service. Hello. I just moved to Augusta GA and my poor car took a beating. It already has issues and can be a brat 😂. Also Uhaul screwed it up big time and left some serious damage. I needed an honest mechanic who would not price gouge me, sell me on repairs I didn't need, or understand my car situation. I took my car here and it has been the biggest blessing ever. First they were able to fix the serpentine belt that was damaged moving. Next they did an amazing oil change for a great price. Then they fixed my 2 back tires also damaged from the move. Finally they fixed the brakes. Yes normal maintenance and fixing cross country moving damage. Every time they have been honest and very helpful. They were able to work around my weird work schedule too. I am so super happy 😊. The mechanic there was a saint and super knowledgeable. I totally recommend going here. It's work the drive and every penny.

This place is wonderful! The staff are nice and helpful. They do offer appointments for some services; I only needed an oil change and that was done very quickly. I will never take my car anywhere else if I can take it here. I could see my car the whole time they were changing the oil, my tires were rotated and the technician pointed out the cover on the bottom that had been damaged (I did not know). The technician advised me to get another one from Honda and it could be easily replaced. Total cost (oil change/tire rotation) $79.98

Heidi, Ashley are great. I have been patronizing them for a long time and I remember when the late Rick Keller was running the business. They did me a big favor this past Friday and I will not forget it. I have also known one of the service mechanics for a while and Robert is a good mechanic. He has been there for 40 years or so I believe. They also allowed me on numerous occasions to place health education brochures in their place of business when I was working. I will always try and use them. Thank you very much. This is a family business, which is what I like.

This is the best tire service I've received in the four states I've had auto care in. The lady at the front desk was exceptional, the staff polite, personal, and technicians top-notch professional. I called 5 tire shops and nobody would help me get my tire off my trailer rim. Chaz out here took care of me no charge and was real cool about the whole thing. If you are looking for a your shop that is looking to take care of you not take care of your wallets this is for spot.
