What was suppossd to be 6500 in repairs ended up being 365 at Enrique's, and they even told me suggested fixes which were not even required at all or were misdiagnosed. I cannot recommend this place enough. Stay away from dealership repairs when possible.

Took my daughter's car here to get an estimate because Classic Collision wanted $1100 to fix it. Enrique looked at it, fixed it under 10 minutes for under $40. Love this place and honesty and professionalism shown by them. I am taking my car back in a few weeks to have some body work done. When you find a good mechanic, you just know. I definitely suggest this business and would recommend to all my peeps.

The verdict is still out in reference to how I’m really gonna review this place. My mother‘s car mini Cooper has been there since the end of June. I’m still dealing with them to find out the ETA update in reference to my mother‘s car. Now I will say when it comes to communicating and letting me know, what’s the ETA on my mother‘s car that is a one star !!! And it seems like when you asked it seems like you’re bothering them, but yet you have my mother‘s car! It is now 8-28-24 and now I have to get on the road to drive to this place because they do not pick up the phone. Update: I have now contacted auto protect USA that has the warranty claim for my mother‘s car. They have informed me that no claim has been submitted from this mechanic, but he has told me several times that he sending pictures to this place. I will keep you all updated! Update 11/25/24 I’m currently still waiting on engine so I can put into my mini Cooper to get it fixed…

So after getting a quote to fix something for 3,200 I decided I needed a second option. After asking some coworkers their place to go I took it here and had the one part that needed to be replaced for $200. I will say if you plan to go try to call ahead but you may be better off going in person . My car was done in 3 days and I feel it was fairly priced . I will be going here from now on :)

This shop doesn't value their time or your time. I was quoted $45 for diagnostic which I thought to be a little too cheap, but I was referred to them by a friend. I've concluded that the price was cheap only to be told by the receptionist a week later they don't charge for diagnostic. BEWARE! As a small business owner myself I would never not charge for my time, even if I'm only looking at the situation.If they don't valve their time to look at your vehicle or any equipment then what is their incentive to give you an honest and thorough report, which they also did not due. They didn't even take my name and number down. When Enrique is out, nobody has a clue what is going on and you can hear the shop commotion in the background while they talk to you over speaker phone. We took our car in on a Monday and were told the parts would be in on Saturday and to call back on the following Monday. The following Monday came around and we didn't hear back. I then called back on Tuesday and they said they couldn't find the parts locally. Tried to offer more money for shipping or even after-market parts. No luck. Then when I requested the part numbers because I find material for my business in the oddest places, but they couldn't tell me the part numbers because Enrique is sick! The price might be right, but the service is terrible!

Quality work and honest practices and pricing. I was a walk-in and they were able to get my brakes/rotors replaced within a few hours! I have had previous bad experiences getting my car serviced at the dealership- (which first of all is always more expensive and they will keep pushing random services you may not need) My entire family gets their vehicles serviced here after this spot came highly commended to them…and I highly recommend them as well!

Needed a pair of fox coil overs installed on my 17 Tacoma. Enrique quoted me a reasonable price and was able to facilitate an appointment early the following day. Furthermore, dropped my truck off at 9am the next morning, 2hours later received a called from Enrique stating the installation of the coil overs were completed. Very satisfied customer! Will return for all my truck needs

After each repair, a new issue tends to appear soon after. I’m not sure if it’s just bad luck or the quality of the service, but it makes me a bit uneasy. Be cautious. I felt that this shop might not be fully transparent about what they do to your car.

Enrique's Auto Service is being my shop for the last 5 years, after trying different places. I had a crash this year took my car to Ricky's, they gave me an estimate for almost 8k. Making my car salvaged I took it to Enrriques for a 2nd opinion and he did all the Job and extras for les than 3k. Wich gave me the opportunity to keep my 4 runner instead of accepting the crazy low value my insurance was offering. I really recommend this place for all your cars needs. He also changed the motor on another car I have, thwy did it in less than 2 weeks, my car is running great and the most satisfying part is that if there is any issue after their services they gladly take care of it right away with a great attitude. Enrique's Auto Service on my experience is reliable and he deserves to be highly recommended for his honesty on making business.

Untrustworthy service - avoid if possible I came for a simple tire rotation, and within a week my wheel made strange noises, lights came on.and l was told to replace multiple parts one after another. The real issue was never fixed. My friendalso had similar problems after repairs here-engine warning lights, oil leaks, and more issuescaused by careless work. Be cautious before trusting your car to this shop.

Great local, family-owned auto shop. I did a lot of research before choosing where to take my car after an accident. I decided to go with Enrique’s because they had the quickest turn around and I am glad I picked them. They turned my car from a mess to being on the road again. I was able to communicate with the shop, I was able to talk with the mechanic who was working on my car, the girl at the desk who dealt with the insurance, and the shop owner about questions and concerns. In total I was able to drop of my car and get it back with in two weeks. I would definitely recommend this shop for your car’s needs; mechanic or paint/body work and personal or insurance work.

Enrique’s mechanic shop is the only place I trust after these last two weeks. My car was down because of a bad alternator, and every other shop either guessed wrong or tried to push extra repairs. Enrique got straight to the real issue, replaced the alternator, and had my car running smooth with no excuses. What really set him apart? He put my old alternator in the car for me to return, so I could get my money back on the core charge. Most shops won’t even think about doing that. That kind of honesty and attention matters. If you want real work, real answers, and someone who actually looks out for you, go to Enrique. He fixed the alternator right the first time, didn’t waste my time, and saved me money. Five stars isn’t enough. This shop deserves every customer it gets. Thank you Eric i will never go to another shop
