I called and spoke with a lady at the front desk and as I was asking her questions she stop talking and I hung up called back she wouldn't answer my called I was recommended by another shop but I will be more and happy to take my business elsewhere.

Took truck into have work done, after first week of doing nothing 2nd week I was charged over $1800 for. 4 hour job and parts was less than $500. Bad thing is when I got it back truck wouldn’t hardly go. I had to work on it for a few hours to fix their mistakes.

I honestly was really glad when I saw their shop go up off 56 because I was glad to have a mechanic nearby. The owners seemed so nice and I honestly think they are good people. We had our AC repair, oil changed, tires rotated and balanced, and light bulbs changed all around the vehicle.

Was referred by close friends. Although prices are high for everything, I feel like they were very fair. Was kept informed of changes and highly recommend them for all your mechanical needs. If you live in S. Augusta/Mcbean area I think it would be foolish to drive by them to go to another mechanic. I was treated very well and will be using them again.

Highly recommend! We've used Performance Auto for the last year. I wouldn't go to any other place. They are efficient, trustworthy and kind. Most recently (today 1/22/26) I called to see if, by chance, they can flush my radiator before 9a, as I was driving to MN to drop off the car for my son. They were so kind!
