Watch out! They'll leave your oil filter loose so that it falls off and locks your engine. They'll admit their mistake and only offer $500 for a new engine! To the response from the owner: They did "look into it further" and decided they wouldn't pay to replace the engine!

Guy at front desk who answered my call was very rude and snobbish. He act like he didn’t want me to cum get an oil change. People can turn others away by there attitude and lack of professionalism. I went to another location and they were nice and friendly.

THEY HAVE BLOCKED ME‼️ I went to Precision Tune Auto Care-Wrightsboro Rd on March 1st for an oil change after purchasing my car that Thursday, the staff who worked on my car failed to put my oil filter on correctly and IT FELL OFF COMPLETELY, THE SAME DAY‼️following day I had it towed where the mechanic showed where they neglected to put it on and that it was missing which caused the engine to lock….after speaking with my mechanic and Connecting them with precisions manager Gerry Williamson, they asked to have it towed back today March 3rd…while meeting with the manager he was very disrespectful, dismissive, and told me “well it’s only worth 200” I requested the names of who worked on my car specifically and wasn’t given it, the manager said even thoe they did lock the motor they aren’t obligated to replace nor fix the motor and only have to give me $500…CAR WAS WORKING JUST FINE…They acknowledged locking my motor and still said I can take the $500 and be happy….I WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFE SUPPORT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN…IVE HAD MY CAR LOOKED AT PRIOR TO PURCHASE AND PRECISION IS THE CAUSE…I HAVE NOT HAD ONE ISSUE WHILE DRIVING, THE MOTOR DID NOT LOCK TILL AFTER THEY TOUCHED IT…

Lots of people are leaving negative reviews and they aren’t even customers. A lady named Lexis Washington claimed they left her oil filter off and her engine locked up, and she’s not happy with them offering $500 for it, on her car that’s worth $1,000 that she supposedly bought right before the oil change. Her story sounds more like she destroyed a super cheap car to try to scam the company. If her oil filter was loose, there would be a stream of oil falling out before they even took it off the lift.

I have a 1999 Chevy Express 1500 van, The guys that worked on it broke all the hard plastic clips that holds the dog cover, when I went to pick it up the compartment door would not close. It was late in the afternoon so I took it back the next morning, at this time there were no techs there and the manager would have to try to answer the phones, talk with customers, and work on my problem in-between. Long story short, that shop won't get a second chance with me, a mistake is one thing, what was done to my vehicle was just neglecence.

Got to work on my car way quicker than anybody else would. I needed to get back on the road ASAP, and they made that happen. Discovered a problem I didn't know about while I was at it. Tires Plus broke a lugnut stud off a few weeks later and tried to say it was already like that, so thankfully Gary could confirm that there was no stud missing when he worked on my car. I appreciate their help very much.
