Traveling from PA to FL on I95, our rental Chevy Suburban tire indicator showed a rapid loss of air. Luckily we were approaching an exit. We pulled into the first gas station and located right behind was an automotive repair shop. I went to the front desk and was greeted by a young lady who immediately got one of their technicians and was without hesitating took our vehicle into their shop and discovered we had a tire beyond repair. They offered some options for us and due to the fact that we had our 2 dogs with us and a cooler loaded with perishable foods we opted to have the vehicle's new spare installed. The young lady at the front desk and the technician that performed the service from the very start put our minds at ease and truly cared for the well being of two elderly people in need of help. When the work order was presented to us to our surprise this business gave strangers a bill of no charge. Quite remarkable in today's world.

I can into this business a few days before labor day. I need to get my car inspected. A few moments later I was told that I would not pass due to the yellowness and oxidation on my headlight. I was told that I could come back and only pay $1. Fast forward a little bit we tried numerous kits , bug repellant amd even took it to Walmart for a total headlight restoration. With that being said it was a lot of money being spent on just maintenance of my headlights. So fast forward to today. I come in and was told that my headlight still would not pass. I told them I wouldn't have the money today for the restoration at his shop.... guess what they did? Not only did they restore my lights and I was able tk get a sticker , but they also let me come back on two weeks to pay. When I tell you they got a permanent customer out of me. When have you ever went to a mechanic shop and they do something like this?! 10/10 I DO RECOMMEND!!!!!

Scheduled an appointment two days in advance to just get a scan done to determine if the Vanes were stuck which is relatively quick with the right scan tool even if you drive the vehicle and monitor the vane position at different speeds. I said I was not able to leave the vehicle and needed to wait until the scan was completed. I even took a day off of work so it could be done. When I arrived for my appointment which was the first one of the morning, I was told I would need to leave the vehicle and that the receptionist should have never told me that I could wait since there were many vehicles ahead of mine. I drove 15 miles down the road to Radley Chevrolet and they scanned the vehicle for about the same price without an appointment. There was nowhere to park and not because the majority of vehicles parked outside lacked license plates and appeared to be more of a lot for flipping broken down old vehicles and less of a service center focused on diesel pushers. I am sure this garage is probably good based on the reviews, but unfortunately I may never know.
