15 minites job - he will charge you for 2 HOURS!... big margin on parts... so, be ready for a FAT BILL ))) and! labor is mediocre... looks like a rip-off.

WARNING WARNING WARNING !!!!!!! These people will over charge you for hundreds of dollars if they think they can get away with it , at 55$ a hour they wanted to charge me 6 hrs for something that only took the tech 1 1/2 hrs to do , so when i confronted them about it thy tried to tell me that its because the tech was given the wrong address witch makes no sense that it would take so long to go from south gate ca to anahiem ca lol PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH COMPANIES LIKE THIS I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THERE SERVICES TO ANYONE. ......GOOD LUCK

I came in for a simple repair estimate and they wanted to charge me $150 for a written estimate or zero for verbal? I took the verbal, and they left me sitting for a while. Afterwards, the girl in the office said she had all my info, then never got back to me. Low class non-professional people working there, I would steer clear from there.

I called a few weeks ago for price on a roof replacement. The woman that answered seemed very confused and said they would need to call me back for pricing. She said she needed my VIN # and trailer information to be able to quote me on a simple roof replacement. It has now been about 3 weeks and I have yet to hear back on the price or any other update. Completely unprofessional!
