I recommend this business as a body shop for your vehicle to get serviced. I got rear ended and they fixed and replaced parts that was needed in a timely fashion. They also stood in communication with me on any updates that was currently happening. They made my car brand new again like nothing ever happened. Also my explaining to them how caring I am with my vehicle as a detailer they took that into great consideration and took care of my vehicle and made sure everything was safe and ok. I really appreciated that. I got my car in the same condition as I left it. Also I have to mention the staff is amazing very professional and respectful and understanding along with the owner and his family. I highly recommend if you need repairs or an estimate for your vehicle after an accident don't hesitate to call. I had the pleasure of speaking with Patti and I must say she is though, keeps you informed and has stunning personality. Our boys were in a terrible accident on Memorial Day and thank God they only had minor injuries however the van was totalled and we were leaving for vacation 3 days later. I explained that to Patti and she wowed me with excellent customer service. She let us know when they received the van and let me know what to expect next. I just knew I was in good hands. Thank you Patti, you're a gem.

They were friendly, and quick. The repair was done well. I had no issues until I came to pick my vehicle up and found a burn hole in my seat that was not there when I dropped it off. The only response I got was no one here smokes. So without saying it they called me a liar and did nothing more. I guess it just magically appeared. So if you take your vehicle here I recommend a camera in your vehicle or to take pictures and video of your vehicle before dropping it off because they will not take responsibility unless you have proof.

Had a first rate experience with University Collision yesterday. Brought the car in after being hit by a deer. This resulted in a side mirror being damaged. Within minutes an evaluation was made of the damage and parts were ordered. Very efficient staff. We have used them before and have recommended them countless times to friends and neighbors. They are simply the best when it comes to auto body repair.

I unfortunately needed both of my cars repair. I had some work done previously at Gerber Collision for a quarter panel repair and a door pinched seem. The car was fully drivable and covered by insurance and it took the 19 Days to repair. I would not go back, but was concerned choosing University Collision. I could not have been more wrong!! I was assigned to Patrick and when he gave me the time estimate, I was thinking no way. I was wrong again. The repair work on the Honda Odyssey was beautiful and help arrange with another company to work on a failed airbag sensor in the car. I then brought our Toyota in for some front end damage, and again spoke with Patrick. Their estimate was lower than 2 others and again I heard the time frame and thought could it happen twice. The bottom line is they repaired both of my cars in less time that it took Gerber to do 1. By the way the front office lady is a gem, I am sorry I forget her name. Unbelievable customer service. Wishing them all the best. If i ever need a collision place I will not even consider going anywhere else!!

Honest!! Knowledgeable!! Just plain awesome!! I've had an issue with my hood not closing all the way and locking shut. It still had the secondary latch, but the one connected to the inside pull-lever didn't lock anymore. I can drive it slowly, but if I go over 45 mph, the hood bounces, and I don't trust just the secondary latch. Anyway, I took it to a few places. One quoted $300+, a few said they don't do that and to take it to the dealer. (I called the dealer a few times to find out when would be good to bring it by....it's been over a couple months and I'm still waiting for the guy that does that to call me back...he's not available whenever I call. Idk.) The place I spent $800 in November getting another part fixed said they would do it, but it would be well over $300, they'd have to take a closer look. A friend recommended University Collision. I called them and explained. Patrick said to bring it over and he might be able to fix it same-day. So I went, prepared to spend the $300+ that I was quoted elsewhere...at least it would be fixed and I could start driving over 45 mph again. It was less than 15 minutes after I handed Patrick the keys that he was back. He said it was fixed (already?) and there was NO CHARGE!! I was stunned, relieved, and a slew of emotions. I asked if he was sure, and he showed me that it worked: completely closes, latch opens, like it was never broken. Not only did they not charge, Patrick even declined a tip! I'm still dumbfounded. Nowadays most places are money-hungry, money-driven. University Collision is the exception. They are awesome!! Thank you, University Collision (I think I was too stunned to say it when I was there. Hopefully this review makes up for it. :)

I feel blessed by God having towed my car here! They were recommended when I could not get a mechanic to look at or fix my car when it was almost totaled by vandalism, bc I was towing it through Progressive and this terrible claims agent, Jennifer King, kept calling the auto mechanics telling them not to look at or work on my car! Despite having vandalism coverage with Progressive!!! I was losing my housing, have 2small dogs (one is disabled,)&my car was being destroyed… Patty and her family here worked on my car for free so that it was drivable!! You all are my angels and heros! I am out of Gainesville now. Ty so so much for everything you have done for me.
