So Glad I came to these guys!! I have tried different places where it offers a free inspection when I did oil changes, never had this great and clear explanation about my car. They fixed the issues, which was not figured out well by other place I used to go. I really appreciate Peter for fitting my car in for the emergency I had at that time. I will come to these nice people for my car maintenance.

Really solid place!! I took my car in for an oil change, got it home, and had a check engine light that turned on the next day. They followed up the same day with a survey where I mentioned it and they immediately asked me to come in so they could check it out. Ended up being an old oil cap (definitely wasn’t their problem) letting to much air in the engine which they replaced for free even after I tried to pay them. Truly some honest work and people!!

Was very helpful and showed every detail of all the issues with my car. I also like how they show you upfront of every estimate price that will cost you. Then you also are given a estimate price before they even attempt to address your issues. So I like how everything was done for me and their service was just great. This place is in my neighborhood. Soon as I pulled out of my parking lot, ended up with a fast flat tire changed it real quick and then went to Urban Auto Care just to ask them if they could repair my flat and check my spare. They aired up my spare for me for free in 5 minutes. Told me they couldn't fix the other tire, and didn't charge me a dime. Really appreciate the kindness of a local community shop. Definitely coming back here when I need a new set of tires in a couple months.

Love these guys! I've been saying I wanted to find a local mechanic for a while and I think I've finally found my shop. Josh was super helpful and kind throughout the whole process, even when I threw him a last minute "if you guys have time could you check on this, this, and also this". I pulled into their parking lot yesterday afternoon with the last bit of air leaking out of my tire and no appointment. Within 5 minutes there was a gentlemen helping me put my spare tire on. (Yes I could have done it but it’s easier with a real jack and torque wrench) They did not charge me a dime which I greatly appreciate now that I need 4 new tires. I will be coming here sooner than later for a brake service. Very friendly folks that could have charged me and didn’t. Will recommend to others and come here when I need it.

I am a huge fan of Urban Autocare! I got an oil change and the folks could not have been nicer. They always make sensible recommendation that are never pushy. When I came to pick up my car, they recommended that I change my windshield wipers. They put them on immediately before I left. It always feels like they really are looking out for your best interest.

I’ve been to this Urban Autocare twice now, and both times I’ve been blown away by the quality of service. The team here was able to resolve an engine/brake pad issue I had within 24 hours of my dropping off the car. Once the issue was correctly identified (a rock trapped against my wheel), they removed it for almost 0$ cost to me. I only had to pay for the initial vehicle diagnosis and oil replacement. Since I was so impressed with that visit, I came back to get a front license plate installation. Within 15 minutes it was completed, and for free! This is one of, if not the best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to.

They explain everything in everyday language, never upsell, and I always walk away feeling confident that my car is in great hands. Most recently, I came in for an oil service and a full set of new tires, and the whole experience was seamless. The team kept me updated with clear communication, reminders, and calls, and the quality of the work was spot on. They do a thorough inspection, share photos, and give trustworthy recommendations without any pressure. It’s rare to find an auto shop you can trust completely, but Urban Autocare is exactly that.
