Don’t wanna even try this place. I should have read the reviews first. Dude is rude and I’ve never seen someone who wants to charge for estimate price. We definitely live in a different time where everyone sells products but only few ones delivery service.

I have a 1996 Cadillac Eldorado every mechanic , they never fixed my car properly , besides costing tons of $$$ , Untill I found USA auto repair! I Love USA auto and that will be the only place ever to take my car!!! The price is right, also... Thanks USA auto, you are amazing Cyndi

Avoid this place. Went in to replace fuel pump but when I got the car back the gas gauge didn't work but It worked before they put a new fuel pump in. Then went in not long after to get a diagnostic done my car, got the car back. Scuff marks all in my interior they didn't bother to clean the mess they made. The OBD2 port was unhooked and wires are hanging out had to have them put everything back together which they should have already done just horrible work. Then I got back to my house realize my vent clips on my hood are all missing called them they said they didn't know where they were so I had to buy those out of pocket. And then my electric fan for the worked fine before I took it to them. When I got it back the AC fan was unplugged so I plugged it in and it starts smoking and now I don't have AC thanks to USA Auto Repair so in summary, don't go there avoid this place at all costs they will damage your car more than it was when I came in and they won't claim responsibility even if you have proof. go to an honest mechanic shop

I was vacation and they said they would replace my alternator for me. They wouldn't warrenty it due to an oil leak on the crank seal. I took their word. Started heading home and it went bad again. I finally got home and took my car to my mechanic. They NEVER changed my alternator!!!! They charged the battery and sprayed the alternator. After paying them $350+ for the work. Never go to them they are crooks!!!! Oh p.s. The crank seal oil leak has NOTHING to do with the alternator.

Not impressed at all. Mitch was very rude. When I drop off a vehicle, and am given an estimated date for completion, I can fully understand a delay because they are having trouble locating a part... But there is no excuse for putting us at the end of the line, after obtaining that part. And I don't care if you explained it to my husband, it's MY vehicle. Don't yell at me for asking you to explain it to me too. totally unprofessional!!!

Been going here for over 5 years now since I moved to the area. I've trusted this place with all of my cars a d have never been disappointed. Had an alternator installed, which turned out to be defective. They immediately replaced it and apologized for the inconvenience. Mitch is fair on pricing and most importantly honest. I would highly recommend.

Such bad experience. Don't bring your car here. I dropped off my car for an inspection and when I went to pick it up, the attendant was extremely rude out of nowhere. "It's gonna be $120. I already told you." Ok... Yeah, I agreed when I left my car. For some reason he may have thought I was just going to leave without paying? He was yelling when giving the diagnosis and ended up being totally wrong. I just wasted $120 and got yelled at for nothing.

Second time coming here (first time was for my heater repair one year ago), I needed my oil dip stick tube replaced because it somehow broke and air was getting in. They repaired in less than 24 hours, it ended up costing a little less than the price estimate, and all went great!

I had a very bad experience at this shop. I brought my car in and they charged me $150 just to check what the problem was. In the end, they told me they couldn’t fix it. They still kept the $150 without providing any real solution. On top of that, someone from the shop stole my sunglasses from inside my car. The sunglasses were worth around $500. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful if you decide to leave your car here
