Absolute atrocity of an experience! 0 stars are warranted. Dennis was to perform 4 ball joint replacements, pitman arm replacement, replace y-pipe gaskets, mount and balance 4 brand new rims and tires, do an alignment, and mind you I brought all the parts myself so no parts pricing involved. Did the 4 ball joints, replaced the pitman arm, completely scratched and ruined 1 of the rims, couldn't even balance the tires, didn't even attempt the y-pipe gaskets, and put the truck on the rack and eye balled the alignment and said it was still good. Now for the best part, all at a cost of nearly $900, again I brought every single part. Couldn't believe what I was hearing when he called about it, not only did you ruin a $300 rim but didn't even attempt some of the work then proceeded to think it was perfectly fine to screw me over on the price. PLEASE DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SCAM ARTIST EVER!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

First time here. Once issue diagnosed was promptly fixed. Prices seemed average but agree with some of the posters, they don’t try to price gouge you like the dealership. Limited somewhat to “American” and Japanese makes.

Denis is your Go to Auto Guy his shop in my opinion is so clean & organized I never known a mechanic that wasn't greasy, Denis is NOT greasy and behind that serious face is a really cool man, he does smile you just have to catch it. I am not from the area but was extremely fortunate to be referred to Dennis and his staff at Valrico Auto after my father-in-law accidently filled up his Toyota Camry with diesel fuel instead of gasoline. We did start due to AAA towing at a national chain repair shop and after the recommended repairs totaled over $2900 knew we should seek another option. Dennis was recommended by a local towing company and after a brief phone call with Dennis I had a good feeling he would get the job done at a reasonable price. My feeling was correct as they not only finished sooner than expected and at $2200 less than our 1st estimate from the national chain shop. Super impressed with valrico auto repair today. I had to see a new mechanic due to my car having issues while out of town. He said I would need a new transmission. I got a second opinion from my normal technician at valrico. He did some research and found my issues were caused by a bad thermometer. He was able to fix the car for pretty cheap, saving me from having to buy a new car. This is huge! Thank you so much.
