Dion, the owner is so knowledgeable on everything that has to do with the vehicles.Most of all he and his 2 kids are honest in what they do for the vehicle. Dion just needs to work on the shop to make it look nice.

My car got butchered there. I took it in for brake repair and they broke my car. I had a usable car when I went in and left with a piece of scrap that could catch on fire by just driving a few miles up the rode and back. I had to call the fire department. Do not trust them...the older gentleman seems knowledgeable and fair but the younger crew that works on the vehicles apparently don't know what to do when they put it all back together and there are pieces left over that didn't make it back in.

Dion is the mechanic you search an entire lifetime looking for. Honest, fair rates, he uses high quality parts, most have lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Above most he cares. I take all my cars to him from my 66 mustang to my 2016 Explorer and everything else in between. BMW 335i, Infinity G35, Cadillac ATS, Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Malibu, Ford F-150, Ford Taurus, Chrysler 300... He’s been my go to for everything from routine maintenance to factory warranty work. You'll never find a more honest and reasonable mechanic. Extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. There has to be more to the one negative review than meets the eye. If Dion was aware of any issues that a customer had with his work, he is the type of person that would drop everything immediately to make it right. I'd never take my business anywhere else. He gave me a very reasonable quote for work I needed done, when I picked up my vehicle 2 days later, he reduced my price almost by half because the job was simpler than he expected. Talk about a dream mechanic!

Beware of Dion’s Auto Shop! At first, they seem professional and promise to take care of your car — but once they have it, everything goes downhill. After the first week, they stopped answering calls and texts. The shop was often closed during posted business hours, and communication was basically non-existent. They kept my vehicle for weeks and when I finally got it back, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. without care or accountability. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere reputable.
