Seth and Kaimen Need a raise!! Not only were they fast, but respectful as well. They gave me all the information I needed and didn’t pressure me into getting something they knew I didn’t need. Valvoline has always been my place to go for a long while, and knowing there are workers like that at this location makes me want to stay even longer. Thank you, Seth and Kaimen, for the great service.

Avoid this place if you value your driveway. After getting an oil change here, I noticed oil puddles in my driveway a couple of hours later. I checked the underside of my vehicle and saw a lot of oil underneath, still dripping. I returned to the location to determine what was wrong. The manager advised me that the oil filter had been installed incorrectly. He had a team member re-seat the filter and wipe down the underside of the vehicle (which was not done very well). He then gave me some powder to put on the driveway to help remove the oil stains and a "coupon" for $30 dollars off my next oil change. I advised him that I wouldn't be returning to this location and asked for a discount on the oil change I just got. He declined. The stains are still on the driveway; looks like it's permanent. Hopefully this review helps you to avoid a similar experience. Edit: I replied to the message that Valvoline left below via email with the information requested, and never received a response.

Got a full service oil change yesterday. They didn’t check the filters, tires, or reset oil matinence. Pretty poor service from Valvoline. Used the one in university today for our second car pretty much the same service so I guess we will have to start using somewhere else.

Seth was great! The whole team was! They were smiling and laughing while they worked. Called out everything they were doing so you could see and know they were actually doing stuff not like other places that go through the motions but aren’t actually doing what you are paying for. Extremely polite and friendly. I just moved to the area so I’m really happy I found this place, I’ll definitely be bringing my car here every time.

Crew was great however, when I got home I checked my oil and it had about 1 quart too much oil in it. I took it back and they removed the extra oil but had I not checked it again it could have caused issues

I have a fleet vehicle and I take it here every time. Other places I have taken my fleet vehicle to before would put me off or say it would take days to get an oil change because they can’t upsell me because it’s a fleet vehicle. I have always loved Valvoline! We used them up in MN and they were amazing there. So glad one finally came to our area in Round Rock. Seth is my favorite tech by far! I don't know how but I always end up getting him, and he's nothing short of amazing. Just discovered this place while searching for a place to get an oil change without having to wait hours. I know it advertises as being fast, and that they were! It was such a quick in and out, even with adding on tire rotation. They explained everything and showed me everything that was being done. Definitely earned me as a regular customer.

I like going to this location. They are friendly, professional, and quick. The prices are reasonable too. I'm thankful that Athena filled me on the military discount that is offered. She updated my info in the system, which was still tied to the previous owner of the vehicle. The oil change reminder sticker that they gave me says to come back in 3,000 miles, but kudos to Athena and the team to say, "look, our sticker says 3,000 miles by default, buy your vehicle manufacturer recommends 10,000 miles." That's just the kind of guidance that helps build trust in a business.
