I went to get an oil change and they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes with a reasonable price. They ran multiple tests and did not push me to buy unnecessary items/services like some auto shops do. Britny was the one who helped me the most, she was personable and knowledgeable and explained every test they were running on my car. Definitely will be back.

Accidentally came in right before closing time and they did not even put the screws back in my air filter housing. Figured out when my car was making a weird noise. Checked under the hood and multiple covers were not put pack properly. Air filter housing was rattling around bc it was not resecured. Not sure why they even took it off after I denied air filter and wasnt shown how "dirty" the old one was.

UPDATE-customer service reached out and approved buying a replacement lug nut cover. Took several weeks and several calls but they did take care of it. Bumped to 3 stars. Got oil change, tire rotation and front/rear diff change on 8/12/2024. Tech installed my air filter upside down. I had to show them how to put the air filter in on a stock F250. The following day when I got to my destination, I was missing the plastic cover that goes over my lug nuts on one wheel and found another to be installed crooked. I took pictures and contacted customer service on 8/13/2024. They got the store manager on the other line and had him pull up the cameras. They say I had the lug nut covers on when I left so there was nothing he could do. I asked if he could verify they were fully seated and also if he could see where I had to show the tech how to put my air filter back in that they removed? I was told by the customer service person that I could still file a claim and I would be sent a claim number and would receive a call within a few days. Now one week later and neither of those things has happened. Poorly trained techs and poor customer service. *UPDATE* Google has no option to respond to your comment below. I sent the pictures via email but as screen shots this time instead of attached files. The pictures are posted here on this review as well so they could just be pulled, literally, right from here.

The first gentleman made several recommendations, and after I declined, he never returned. I waited, and a second car pulled in—but that vehicle left before I did. A second gentleman apologized for my wait and advised that they were almost done. That was fine. Additionally, my receipt stated that several services were completed during my visit. However, after driving off, I noticed my tire pressure had not changed. When I returned and requested air, they finally added it to my tires. I’m not confident in this location. If the receipt reflected air being added when it wasn’t, it makes me question what else may have been overlooked. This was my first—and possibly my last—visit here. The customer service was okay, but I’m not confident in the quality of the work.

The thing we all dread when getting routine maintenance on our vehicles is that we will be “up-sold” and the pain in the wallet that comes with the laundry list of alleged problems your vehicle has. At Valvoline, they are thorough and transparent and the vibe is not being ripped off!! Vince & Kyle here are running a 2 man show and making it look easy. I can tell they have excellent communication and a strong ability to prioritize and multitask so all 3 bays can get in & out with precision and accuracy. I previously frequented the Walmart dirt cheap oil change, but after my new-to-me Buick was rejected at Wally, I’m now a Valvoline gal. ☺️

I had a great experience at Valvoline on Medical Center Parkway! The team was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into buying extra services, and had me in and out in no time. The staff checked all my fluids, topped off washer fluid, and made sure everything was running smoothly. It’s refreshing to see this level of customer service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change—highly recommend this location!

I had fantastic customer service feom John at my visit today. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He even helped me with some online discounts I was unaware of to help keep my total costs down as much as possible. I really appreciated his humor while I waited. The team was very speedy and service was quick and efficient from both Manny and Bijian for my oil change, air filter replacement, and windshield wiper blade replacement! I couldn’t have had a better experience! Vince was completely amazing! He walked me through steps and explained everything thoroughly. I went for an oil change but ended up getting my battery changed also. He showed me the results of the test and explained pricing and everything. The team was so efficient.. an oil change and a battery change all done within 20 mins… that was super fast. Thank you guys again I will be going to valvoline for all my need now just bc of this experience.
