do not go here if you are not their kind….. my husband went here with a nice down payment and a good credit score. went there for a specific SUV, they ran his credit 5 times for that and came back with a 500 dollar a month payment for a 16K car. ok. the manager then runs his credit again for another car at a higher price but under warranty. wasn’t approved for that either. so they ran his credit 6 times so that’s 6 hard inquires on his credit now and it has brought it down just for him to not get approved for anything. they knew EXACTLY what they were doing running his credit like that because he had a good credit score. just a very horrible learning experience. if you’re not one of them, don’t even go……

The Saleslady, Faith, was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond. I can't give her enough praise. She gets the 2 STARs. The others, not so much. I had a high credit score, and a nice down payment. The finance department started off with a high interest rate and slowly went down to a somewhat smaller rate. I had to ask for a lower interest rate multiple times. When I mentioned going to a different financial institution myself, the men got flustered and rude. I left. For the next 4 weeks, my phone rang 1-5 times per day with calls and texts pleading for me to call and tell them what went wrong. I didn't like the service I received, that's all. How to fix the issue? Give me a great interest rate, negotiate on the price, make me feel like I got a great deal, and be nice. Now, please stop calling me and have a great day.

1 star Car shoulda been kept longer for diagnostics specifically for check engine light being on and traction control and engine power reduced readings in got car back last Friday and was told not light were on my ecm and bcm were ok and didnt need to be synced I came to pick up car got other things done to car and as I'm leaving 3 mins the check engine lights cone right back on traction control and engine power reduced due to throttle body also not being synced with computer now when I brought car in all those lights were on and I told guy to fix thise synch whatever needs to be synched n fix whatever else needs done he told me ok but once car stayed a couple days I was told it was all good so for the check engine light to come back on instantly and that fast of me not even goin around corner tells me someone just reset the check engine light to turn it off and not fix the problem which to me is awful and awful service because money isn't a issue it's who fixing the car and doin the job I told the mechanics to do because I been gettin the run around on the car for over 1year and no one knowing what to do and why check engine light keeps cominnback on but I give everyone the answer ecm and throttle body need syched and bcm I wa told bcm wasn't a match then later it was told to me it was do for check engine lights to come on and all is matched up but was never syched from get go is very weird to me I just wanted the car fixed that's why I brung it here.

She made sure that my previous items, such as she put my cover for my steering wheel cover on herself and additional items I had in the old vehicle. I call it personnel attention and service. Do not do a cash purchases here as we did … The sales person was cool her name was Natalie. The other rest of the experience has been absolutely terrible. If you plan on buying from here make sure you dress up and don’t expect them to move on the price at all! We were promised “Black Friday discounts” from who ever took our deposit. I think they took 85 dollars off the asking price… When we got there to do paperwork on Black Friday they had another guy “waiting to view “ the vehicle Luckily we got a we owe you owe sheet from them for the vehicle to be buffed and windshield to be replaced. They scheduled said services for the wife and I to come back. We live an hr and 1/2 away and I drove down a week later for the appt we had set and the windshield was not even ordered. So here we are 47 days after purchasing the vehicle the temp plates are expired we don’t have a title that was supposedly overnighted on 1/12 today is now 1/15. We also just got the windshield scheduled for installation on 1/19. I understand that some times things can slip threw the cracks but this whole experience and 35k cash to be treated as if we’re not a priority at all and no communication from the dealership unless we make the contact… just kinda crappy…. I have managed alot of different businesses and if it were brought to my attention that there were some issues with someone who spent 100 dollars let alone $35,000.00 cash I would do ANYTHING to right the wrongs. Not just wait for that customer to get upset enough to write a bad review of the 100% factual events that took place while the management team seamed to tuck there head in the sand and hope that the problem just disappears. I guess in closing here my message is for this dealership would be to be more communicative and proactive instead of reactive. And for someone higher up to inspect what they expect when it comes to quality assurance!

Faith was a pleasure to work with. She was a go-getter and had a great attitude. She was quick to respond and was innovative with taking a video of the Escalade I was interested in, which helped a lot. She tried to make a deal but someone above her was not wiling to let the car go for less than the $100+k MSRP. The dealership also had standard extras with their Escalades that they do not make standard on other vehicles. So 5 stars for Faith but 1 star for the dealership just for hiring this great salesperson.

Martha was engaging, informative, and also well versed with VanDeverve products and services. They have fantastic engine and drivetrain coverage. They have a 12 day service coverage practice that is awesome! The "low pressure" light for tires illuminated after leaving the dealership. They updated the software immediately. One drawback: there was less than a quarter tank of gas when I picked up my car. Overall, great car buying experience.

I am writing this review to inform future customers who may be considering this dealership for a vehicle trade-in. I received a trade-in offer through CarGurus that I was satisfied with. When the dealership contacted me, I made it explicitly clear that I would only proceed if the trade-in value matched the original offer. I was assured multiple times via text that the number was fair and could be honored, pending inspection of the vehicle. That condition was completely reasonable. I arrived at the dealership fully prepared to complete the transaction at the agreed-upon value. The vehicle was accurately represented in my trade description and passed inspection as described. Despite this, the dealership significantly lowered the offer once I was on-site. I was told that online estimators sometimes struggle to reflect true market value, and I was shown Kelley Blue Book figures as justification. If the dealership had concerns about honoring the initial offer, that should have been communicated before I made the trip — not after I arrived expecting the agreed-upon number. This experience reflects a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Transparency and integrity are fundamental in business, especially when customers make decisions based on written confirmations. Had the dealership been upfront from the beginning, this situation could have been avoided. I encourage future customers to get firm, written confirmation of all numbers and to approach trade-in negotiations here with caution. This type of practice is disappointing and unacceptable in today’s marketplace.
