As a Veteran myself, I highly recommend you go and talk to Chris and his team before going somewhere else. They take special care of military/veterans. They are good, fair and fast. We just had a new starter put in our vehicle. We had our car back in about an hour. Price was good too.

Chris and his Team are absolutely fantastic. Son’s Jeep needed a new water pump replaced quickly. Had us in and out in less than two hours at an awesome price. Gave a full inspection of Jeep and suggestions of other things that could need some TLC. Been looking for a neighborhood mechanic who I can trust and found it in Veteran Auto Care.

I've used these guys twice now for my truck. The first time on a brake job on a locked up caliper that another mechanic shop had done a month beforehand. Almost a year later and its running perfectly after them. They also just replaced the turbo on my truck. They quoted the price and finished it on the exact day they said they would at a fantastic price; which was also the price the quoted from the beginning. Customer service is a priority for them and they communicated everything with me multiple times. Will continue to use them for service whenever possible

I was in a jam, no car and company from out of town visiting. I pass this Auto repair every day and decided to call them. They were so friendly and nice and he (Chris) told me not to worry. I was able to drive up there which was only a little over a mile. They brought me home and in 4-5 hours the car was done and even brought it to my house. I will never forget how I was treated because I was a mess! Thanks again Chris and your team, you have made a new customer out of me. Sorry it took so long to write this!

The gentlemen in the shop are very helpful and thorough. I brought my car in twice for two different repairs. Both times the guys fix the car within a day and i was able to pick it up the next day. They were courteous and helpful. Also i didnt feel like i was getting taken advantage of. I would recommend this shop for anyone who needs car maintenance.

This place is great and I feel confident telling women that you won’t get taken. They went above and beyond and when my car was done earlier than expected, someone came to my house and picked me up. They were very upfront and showed me exactly what was going on. Respectful and professional.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

After 6 months my brakes had to be replaced. The guy at the counter blamed my driving for the issue but they were replaced without charge to me. 4 months later I started having the same issue. Was it bad product or bad workmanship? I didn't want to go back so I paid to have my brakes redone somewhere else. Glad I did! The mechanic told me I had the cheapest types of brakes installed. I don't recommend these guys & their cheap products. I don't trust them.

Y'all were right! This place is great. Our usual family mechanic was off work and we needed our exhaust line replaced asap (it'd broken clean in half). We called ahead and were told to wait one day because of a high work load. We were originally told it might be up to two days just in case, but the job was done by the end of the business day and the price was more than fair. We didn't get a list of other random problems that were "found" and had to be added on. Just the one job, done simply, quickly, and well. Clear expectations and great work speak for themselves. Will definitely recommend. Update Dec 2021: Re-recommend! My brakes in my other car ran out yesterday and they fit me in during Christmas week! The price was fair, they just did what needed to be done, no taking advantage of us or anything. Easy to drop off, easy to pick up, great service through the whole experience.

First things first. Gabriella who runs the front desk is great! Very friendly and attentive. She was very helpful and communication was great. I had my car taken there after I broke down off 696 and 11mile. I've never been there before, but I'll definitely come back if need be. The price for my repairs were fair and the job was done on time. Thank you to the entire team at Veterans Auto Repair.

This feels like the only auto shop that you won't get ripped off at - especially as a woman. The owners Saif and Dustin are very knowledgeable and thorough in their work. They show great integrity ALL the time. I will always recommend people to them! 🚗 💨💨

My clutch went out in my 2010 manual trans mustang. I brought my car to Veterans auto for repairs and they did a phenomenal job! I actually stalled the car 2-3 times because the clutch was night and day difference. Haha I have more power and it shifts 10 times easier, quicker and cleaner than before! The price was not bad at all! They also repaired it quickly! They replaced the whole clutch assembly with a much better one and my flywheel.

My friend took her car there multiple times and was ripped off... they just want a quick buck, putting parts on a vehicle it doesn't need, so you have to take it back over and over. They are liars and or do not know what they are doing. Oh and the prices are ridiculous...just a glimpse of my complaint $311 for plugs and wires on a four cylinder car, and the car is not fixed!!! Lesson learned I wouldn't take my cats toy there for them to fix.. I wish I had more hands, so I could give this company 4 thumbs down!!!

Have to take car back on monday to veterans to have them replace the oil pan seal and bolt it to factory specs. Im concerned the silicone will not cure with the cold. Transmission shop said the transmission seals are OK. Leak is coming from back of replaced oil pan. Transmission shop found the Two back bolts were loose and not tightened, the bolts are difficult to get to but i paid 1000 for the repairs at veterans for the exhaust pipe and pan and they should have repaired it when they originally replaced the pan. When I took it back after the pan was replaced I was told they re-torqued the bolts( loose bolts found by transmission shop)and to wash the undercarriage. After it still leaked they told me it was the transmission seal.

Beware , four years ago , we had a water pump put in Our car which is 23 yrs old just found out the water pump went bad.Should have never happened after four years They never flushed to radiator after they put the new water pump in, which they should have My air conditioning name was working before my water pump went when I get it back. My air conditioning is not working. Does nothing but blow hot air I paid them $796 to fix my water pump. So now i'm looking at Paying another 1000 or more to have it fixed again I am a senior of fixed income and it's gonna be really hard for me to do But it is the only car I have but it is what it is. I don't think I would trust them again.I have to have a car Just feel like they took advantage of me.

I own a 2019 Chevy Trax: 56,000 miles on it. It was smelling like something was burning even when I got the air cabin filter replaced. When I took it to Chevy they quoted me almost $4,000. Said the transmission was leaking, oil was leaking, a ton needed to be replaced. Then my friend (also a vet) sent me here. I’m so thankful I listened! Dustin opened up the hood and showed me exactly what was happening. There were zero transmission leaks. One of my covers cracked and I needed that replaced to stop leaking onto another part that was burning it up and sending it back inside. I’ve had my car on day 2 now and NO SMELL. And it was less than $500 in total. Not sure why people (the other dealership) think they can lie and get away with it, but I’m so very thankful for truthful folks like those at this repair shop. I would most definitely recommend!
